Florida House Bill 411 - Do School Board Candidates need to Live in their District?
If HB 411 passes, it means anyone from anywhere (any state, city, or district) can run for a school board seat, be voted in, and not have to live there until after they take office, and this will be for ALL of Florida.
Chelsi Stahr, Cathy Julian, Erin Pike, and Rebecca Yeungling break down House Bill 411, "District School Board Elections," introduced by Kevin Steele. This bill removes the need for school board candidates to live within the boundaries of their district before they are elected. If passed, this bill will affect all of Florida, not just Pasco County.
Very similar to the same issue during the last election between Stephen Meisman and Al Hernandez. Pasco County currently has three elected officials serving in office that do not live in their selected district. Yet, there is no punishment for doing so, even though it goes against their oaths.
This short video will educate the public on this issue and inform you about contacting your representative. Remember that your pens are the most powerful weapon you have.

My Pasco Connect Providing a Portal to Porn for K-12 in Pasco Florida Schools
Chelsi Stahr and Rebecca Yeungling from Pasco Watch, walk through their discovery of how K thru 12 Pasco County School District students can access third-party apps allowing any student to access very inappropriate/pornographic books and websites. This goes against the current "Parental Bill of Rights" law HB1557 and opens our kids up to grooming in schools, sexual predators, and data collection.

Pasco County School Board Public Comments Oct. 18th, 2022
Public Comments from the Oct. 18th, 2022, Pasco County School Board Meeting.
About a year ago, the School Board started employing 4-8 police officers to search and frisk parents as they came to attend meetings; they did this to intimidate anyone wanting to speak against the school board members - It didn't work. So, a month ago, they began using a new intimidation tactic during the school board meetings. At the beginning of the "Public Comments" section, ALL STAFF MEMBERS get up and leave EXCEPT THE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS AND SUPERINTENDANT. Again, sending a clear message that WHAT YOU SAY AS A PARENT OR CITIZEN DOESN'T MATTER - you don't matter, and your voices must be silenced!
Speakers in order of Appearance:
Consent Agenda Items: (During Live Meeting)
00:06 Rebecca Yeungling - She addresses 10.1, talking about the school's "Plan for Excellence" between now and 2027, all scores are barely passing - the goal for improvement is less than 3% by 2027?
Public Comment Section:
03:18 Frank Roder - A former GLESN representative, shares how he and his colleague have been given many awards for volunteer hours at various Pasco Schools
05:19 Chelsi Stahr - She discusses the problem with bullying both students and parents in Pasco County Schools. She also talks about how there was no plan for the Safe Space Sticker Removal and how any retaliation the superintendent received was his fault.
08:19 Pat Rogers - Talks about how she has been coming to meetings and speaking for five years and that she has never been listened to in all that time.
09:45 Sherry Butler - What are you teaching in school? My grandson learned Beastiality shortly after starting at a Pasco School, and my neighbor's daughter also changed for the worse once she started attending Pasco Schools.
13:00 Tori Tiffany - Confronts the School board about Pine View Middle School Principal Jennifer Warren. She asks why nothing has been done and cites multiple Pasco County School Policies, Educational Code Policies, and State Constitutional policies that the board is violating by keeping Principal Warren employed.

Pasco County School Board Public Comments 100422 They Try to Get 3rd Parent Fired!
Pasco County School Board Public Comments, Oct. 4th, 2022, 9:30 am
The School Board is confronted by many parents asking why they have allowed school staff to make blatantly false allegations against a Pasco Parent and First Responder, Shawn Hayston. Why did the entire school board and Superintendant Browning refuse to ask Mr. Hayston any questions about the incident? And why did school staff attempt to have Shawn removed from his job as a Hillsborough Fireman for simply asking questions that the Pine Valley Middle School Principal Jennifer Warren didn't want to answer?
Why does the School Board continually refuse to answer emails from concerned parents? Whether it's about board members denying legislation, homeless convicted pedophiles camping outside unsafe neighborhood bus stops, or Teachers writing to outside sources to get their voices heard - they refuse to answer questions.
THIS BOARD HAS GONE ROGUE!
Speakers:
00:07 Chelsi Stahr - Asking questions about why the school staff has attempted to get a third parent fired from their job because they asked too many questions to School staff.
03:13 Terry Ipalitto - Addresses the inappropriate behavior of the Pasco County School Staff towards Parents.
06:00 Tina Halley - Delivers a prayer of blessing on the School board.
08:35 Maria Cipriano - No reply to her email about a homeless convicted pedophile camped/living on the long walk to her neighborhood bus stop. Her kids have to walk in the dark. None of the board members returned her email.
11:15 Sherry Butler - Agrees with the other speakers and asks that God be brought back into schools.
14:16 Cathy Julian - Asks why Mr. Browning and the board disagree with HB 1557, The Florida Parental Bill of Rights. She also reads emails from disgruntled teachers who don't feel comfortable coming out to the board.
17:16 Natalie Cronin - Wonders why the Board members knew almost instantly that the referendum passed (almost like they knew in advance?). New Budget, now no discussion - seems suspect.
19:35 Michelle Mandarin - is appalled by the treatment parents receive from the school board. And asks why the board doesn't agree with HB 1557.
22:22 Dennis Alphonso (the school board attorney) points out that the district was sued over HB 1557 and that the board stated in the suit that it would support the law in that lawsuit.

Pasco Watch Steve Meisman Donation Video with Link 092622
Steve Meisman is fighting to hold our elected officials accountable to the rule of law. Here is a link to his "GiveSendGo" fund:
https://www.givesendgo.com/G6J3S
Steve Meisman was a School Board Candidate in Pasco, Florida, District One. Steve is suing the other two candidates who made it through the Primary election because he believes they did not live in their district on the qualifying day. One of his fellow candidates even admitted in the Tampa Bay Times that he did not live in his district at the time of qualifying. Steve has also included elections officials who did not follow the rules and accepted P.O. Boxes as a legal home address for the other candidates which did not prove District one residency, as stated in the election rules.
People winning elected office and NOT living in their district has been an ongoing issue in many counties nationwide, not just in Pasco. Enough is enough - elected officials must do their job correctly or be removed. This lawsuit is exceptionally costly for the Meisman family, and Steve is just a regular guy and business owner who wants justice for everyone.
Steve Meisman's suit will set case law throughout Florida for years to come. Steve is fighting to hold our elected officials accountable to the rule of law. If you can donate, thank you, if not, please, share this link. He is a warrior fighting for all of our Constitutional rights.
Corrupt School Board Working to Get Parents Fired! An interview the Shawn Hayson
The Pasco County School board has conspired with law enforcement and county commissioners to try and get three parents fired for daring to speak out against the school board. This is the story of one of those parents, Shawn Hayston.
Pasco Watch interviews Fireman Shawn Hayston and Artist Jennifer Houston as they tell their experience with the plagiarized "Gas Mask Girl" mural painted on the walls of Pine View Middle School. They talk about what happened on the school tour, the attempts by school officials to get Shawn fired from his job in another county - and how Shawn was exonerated in his court hearing, proving how the school board will lie and cheat to shut up their critics.
If you have a story you'd like to share, please contact us at www.pascowatch.com or Pascowatcher@gmail.com

34:34 Sydney Crenshaw - A student at LOL High School speaks out against the sticker removal.

Sticker Shock! PCSB Meeting Teachers Comments 091222
Pasco County School Board Meeting on Sept. 12th, 2022
Public Comments from Pasco Co. Teachers
This meeting was extremely long - many, many, many people complained about the removal of the safe space stickers from Pasco Co. Schools. This highlight roll shows the responses from the teachers, substitute teachers, and School board staff as they speak out against the removal of the school board safe space stickers in accordance with the Parental Bill of Rights.
Many people who spoke are very passionate but have not read the parental bill of rights. whichThe bill is about not bringing up sexual, religious, or gender identity before the third grade. Not having pornographic books in school libraries and not using pronouns to describe teachers or students in school. It also talks about not teaching CRT.
Speakers on this Highlight reel:
0:09 Robert Marsh - a script reader at Wiregrass Ranch who is still an anti-fascist. He speaks to the stupidity of banning CRT in schools.
02:58 Cascade Doucelle - a long-time teacher in Pasco, speaks against the removal of the safe space stickers.
05:46 Monica Harry - Former teacher and advocate for the safe space stickers
07:39 Dianne Shanks - Former student and Pasco County Schools substitute teacher shamed Browning for allowing the Parental Bill of Rights to be signed in Pasco County.

12:59 Ezra Castillo - Pasco County School Board Employee, disagrees with the removal of the safe space stickers.
There is much more to come...

He tells Browning that he's sick of the excuses and that the buck stops with him. If he can't do the job, leave and get someone else who can.
19:52 Rebecca Yeungling - Asking why the Pasco school kids only have 25% passing in reading and 50% of kids passing in math. Also, she asks why the board spent an extra $500K on Eureka Math books when they are Common Core and illegal in Florida!
