Description

Welcome to this guided meditation session. Find a comfortable seated position, either on a cushion or chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground. Place your hands in your lap or on your knees, whichever feels most comfortable. Take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly. Repeat this process for a few more breaths, letting go of any tension or stress with each exhale. Now, bring your awareness to your breath. Notice the sensation of the air moving in and out of your nostrils. Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath.
