Born on the Hawaiian Island of O'ahu, 808LK's early years were spent learning the smooth art of music from his father, a long-time backup singer for the legendary Marvin Gaye.

808LK began performing in local hip-hop clubs and concerts to packed crowds and a growing number of fans in multiple states. Realizing his infancy and inexperience in the business, 808LK moved to Seattle, attending the Art Institute of Seattle majoring in Audio Production. With a year of knowledge under his belt, 808LK packed up and moved to Hollywood to attend the famed, Musicians Institute, where the schools Vocal Technology program helped to shape and perfect the skills of the talented singer, songwriter, and artist.

He sings, he raps, he writes, and produces.

More of an Influencer now a days, plus a father to beautiful sons, 808LK still puts out music, and is currently concentrating on putting out more digital content.
