Mist
In the realm where dreams intertwine with reality,
Where ethereal whispers dance upon the air,
There lies a spectacle of sublime divinity,
As mist rises, weaving a tapestry fair.
Over the vast expanse of tranquil waters,
A veil emerges, soft as a lover's caress,
Unveiling a world of hidden wonders,
In this mystical realm of pure finesse.
The mist, a gentle mistress of the dawn,
Unfurls her tendrils, embracing the land,
Her touch, a tender kiss, so softly drawn,
Enveloping all with a delicate hand.
Through verdant forests, she gracefully glides,
A ghostly ballet, a ballet unseen,
Whispering secrets to ancient trees, she confides,
As they sway in her embrace, so serene.
Her ethereal presence, a hushed symphony,
Unveiling nature's secrets, layer by layer,
As she weaves her enchantment, so gracefully,
Transforming the ordinary into something rare.
The world awakens, bathed in a mystical hue,
As the mist rises higher, reaching for the sky,
A celestial dance, a spectacle so true,
Where beauty and nature become unified.
Oh, how the mist paints a masterpiece divine,
A canvas of wonder, a sight to behold,
Where water, land, and forests intertwine,
In a symphony of mist, a tale untold.
So let us pause, and in this moment, surrender,
To the allure of mist, its ethereal embrace,
For in its beauty, we find solace so tender,
A reminder of nature's infinite grace.

The Music of Man - Part 1 - The Quiver of Life
In 1979 renowned violinist,Yehudi Menuhin, released his acclaimed series. The 8 part series explores the story of music development. It's a unique look at artistic expression, composition and technical changes, and the sense spirituality that permeates music.
Part 1 discusses man's discovery of music through the sounds of nature, animals and inanimate things. Music is one of man's few genuine inventions. We have created it from within ourselves. Prehistoric discoveries in Russia, the traditions of ancient China, Japan, Sumeria and the Golden Age of Greece and the primitive sounds of Africa are all part of the early story of music.

Winter
The season when nature sleeps is filled with its own unique beauty. Over the years it has reminded me that the natural cycle is incomplete without the rest that winter represents. It gives closure to waning of Autumn and meaning to the renewal of Spring.

Be Still and Know
I found some beautiful video clips that spoke to my sense of peace within. I heard this music calling from that sense. As we watch hate and rage engulf our world, we forget the simple peace is always waiting. "We dance around the circle and suppose, while the secret sits in the middle and knows"

Robot Transformation
The robot from "Metropolis" is an iconic representation of classic films. This is the scene in which it is transformed into a copy of the heroine of the film.
It's a turning point in the story and I hope my music conveys the drama and adventure of this moment.
Keep in mind that this movie was made in 1926!

Daughter of the Grandmaster
This scene from "The Grandmaster" depicts my other passion (the rare martial art of Baguazhang) so beautifully that I wanted to express it in music. This is a personal expression only and not here for commercial purposes.
