The Empath-Rescuer Meditation... This remastered meditation (originally created September 2019) releases any psychic contracts to rescue, it assists in dissolving cords and releasing toxic energies. It then works on the core patterns of guilt, along with healing the wounded inner child and upgrading the negative inner critic to help transform this pattern. The Problem with Rescuing... Rescuing is an unhealthy version of helping. Rescuing is an attempt to change or fix other people. Naturally, not all helping is rescuing. Helping is a form of empowering another. Rescuing involves taking responsibility for others. It can be an attempt to rescue another from the consequences of their actions. It can be a form of people pleasing. It is often a mindset that we learnt in the family as we were growing up. Perhaps we had a parent that was a classic martyr, perhaps we were praised for being self-sacrificing, perhaps we learnt over-giving was a way to get attention or praise. It is important to note that the rescuing pattern becomes more embedded the more we play them out. Thus, rescuing can become a compulsive pattern. Awareness of Guilt is Key... The first step in neutralising this pattern is to become aware of it. Then to clear the toxic energies and cords to 'negative' people and situations. Then to neutralise the guilt that is often at the foundation of inappropriate rescuing. Usually guilt is picked up during the formative years in the family. (This guilt may also come from bloodline programming that can even lead an empath to feel guilty for even existing. There may be a sense of needing to atone for something though you have no idea what that is about. This guilt may have been inherited through one or both bloodlines. It may have its roots in other lifetimes.) The Wounded Inner Child... Rescuers also usually have a wounded inner child that needs some healing, love and a sense of safety. Rescuers also tend to have a 'negative' inner critic that berates the rescuer to do or be more. One aspect of the Divine Feminine that many are familiar with is that of the Holy Grail, which is both sacred symbol and myth. There are a number of Starseeds on this planet with Andromedan connections. Andromeda is a beautiful system with many helpful races. When we speak of Faerie Races we are not talking about nature spirits or elementals or that over-light a species of plant or tree. Whereas nature spirits and elementals often appear as small beings of light, Faerie beings often appear as very tall. The Faerie Races of the Inner Earth once dwelt with humanity but as the vibration of the earth-plane began to fall after the destruction of Atlantis the Faerie People disappeared “stepping sideways into the light” and left this dimension of the earth-plane. The tradition of connecting to the Faerie Races are particularly strong in Celtic Scotland and Ireland. This Transmission was originally created November 2019, it was remastered May 2023. Etheric implants are non-physical devices that can be found planted into our energy body. Implants-devices operate within the 4th Dimension. (There are positive implants but the focus here is on the negative ones.) Implants-devices are often designed to keep us asleep and energetically tied to the 3D Matrix. They can block the flow of a certain energy, keep one or more of our chakras shut down, siphon off our life force, keep negative programming running in our fields and interfere with the actualisation of our natural gifts. They can also have a tagging function. An implant-device within the body often come with wiring, energetic booby traps, locks, dark crystals, organic matter, artificial intelligence, plates-armouring and sometimes with a central programming unit. They are often situated close to a major chakra such as the throat. As we become aware of an implant it can feel like a heavy pressure or it can feel like something metallic is within your body or it may feel like some sort of interference, which is the implant fulfilling its designated function. Implants-devices are held in place by vows and agreements that must be destroyed before attempting to remove the device. Once an implant is removed there can be an 'imprint' left behind that will naturally clear within a few hours or at most a couple of days afterwards. Commonly, the Goddess Ma’at was depicted as a beautiful woman with arms outstretched as wings. Often with a feather on her head and sometimes appearing with a sceptre in one hand and an ankh in the other. The Egyptian goddess Ma’at, was known as “She who keeps the world in balance”. In this remastered meditation (originally created May 2020 and recreated May 2023) we call upon Horus, a warrior aspect of the Great Central Sun to help shift our consciousness from the 3D-4D frequency band and modes of expression therein to a higher band of possibility, abundance and light. This transmission is useful if you are feeling a certain darkness in your mind and life. If you have an ongoing sense of depression, a sense of low vibe, helplessness, or misfortune this transmission may help. In this transmission we call upon your Team in Spirit including Metatron, and all angels working with Metatron, Michael, and all angels working with Michael plus Violet Fire and Ultraviolet Fire angels to clear and remove any such limiting structure. Recently, (May 2023) I experienced some interference I had not experienced before. It felt like I was walking through glue for several days. Also, my meditations had a darker aspect to them. When I asked for guidance, I was told I had a phantom zone. It seems that my Higher Self allowed this experience in order that I might work through releasing the structure and from there helping other Starseeds release anything similar in their fields. I was also told that in terms of Dark Force interference there are three structures that cause the most problems, 4D devices placed in the energy fields, 4D dark portals where energies can enter and leave your energy fields and reality at will, and 4D phantom zones where a structure is placed around you with the design to separate you from your Higher Self, guides, angels and Source Energy. When it comes to human relationships there are two categories of spiritual cords that can form. These could be called positive and negative, which depends on the kind of attachment being formed and the overall outlook, and core frequency of the person you are attached to. Positive cords bond you to another in love, compassion, and other positive emotions. Negative cords attach you to another through anxiety, fear, anger, and so on. Positive cords can uplift you whereas negative ones can drain you and bring your energy down. This meditation is to be used to upgrade or dissolve negative dense cords with other individuals. In this remastered transmission (originally recorded and uploaded June 2017) , we call upon the Great Goddess Isis to create a temple of light in our energy fields. Isis appears as a throne of light and upon that throne we begin the healing and reclaiming process. In this (remastered) transmission, we call upon the Great Goddess Isis to heal our past, clear ‘lower’ energies and to call back fragmented soul light. In shamanism there is the concept of the three worlds. The middle world is the world of physical reality, the world of relationships. The density of this world and our relationships is shifting as we move through the ascension process. The lower world is that of the elementals, nature spirits and of the ancestors. The lower world consists of an old grid of the 3D Earth and a crystalline grid of the New 5D Earth. The Upper World is the realm of angels, archangels, guides, star races, and ascended beings of light. Each of these worlds contains various gifts yet each also contains potential interferences that need to be cleared. The upper world can contain interfering 4D beings in the astral planes. It can contain 'negative' timelines that need to be closed. The middle world contains incarnate beings of various intentions and vibrations. Currently the majority of these beings are not aligned with the light.
