We can take on toxic energies whilst moving through this 3D world. The accumulation of toxic energies in the body can lead, in time, to disease. This is the natural connection for Starseeds, the Ascension grid coming through the Stargate of our Sun, originating from the Great Central Sun. And the 5D Crystalline Grid of the Earth. This is the natural circuit of heaven and Earth. The Moon is not alive in the sense that Earth and the Sun are alive. Moon Magic... For thousands of years many have worked with the lunar cycles in magical ceremonies, in meditation and manifestation rituals. Lunar energies have been utilised for healing and manifesting white magic. Lunar energies have also been used to fuel destructive and karmically binding forms of black magic. Moon magic of both kinds are very potent though there are dangers in working with lunar energies even for white magic. The word ‘lunacy’ gives a good clue as to the potential dangers of working too closely with lunar energies. This is because lunar energies potentially opens us to deception and interference by lower astral and galactic energies, entities and fallen angels. Sensitivity and the Moon... Sensitive men and women naturally feel a connection to the moon. This is because of the close proximity of the moon to the Earth which creates a strong gravitational pull that affects the tides. The moon is part of a frequency control structure that seeks to maintain the energetic integrity of the low-frequency control grid upon the collective consciousness of humanity. Menstruation and the Moon... The gravitational pull influences the menstruation cycle in women. Some choose to align their cycle with the phases of the moon. The gravitational pull of the moon on the menstrual cycle is not what this meditation addresses. Astrology and the Moon... Because of its close proximity to earth and its strong gravitational pull, the moon does exert an influence over the astrological chart of an individual. This meditation does not impact this influence. Crystals and the Moon... Some choose to bathe their crystals under moonlight. This is a personal choice. My recommendation is to allow crystals to be cleared by the elements of the earth (rain and earth) along with the rays of the sun. To revitalise the physical body and etheric body by bringing in pristine elemental energies from a past pristine earth (Pliocene Age). 2. When we allow our inner peace to be disturbed then we will find our core vibration drops, our ability to stay in the flow is more challenging and graceful solutions seem harder to find. There is much in the world right now that seeks to intrude on our inner peace. Strong emotional reactions from others such as anxiety and anger. Strong judgements and opinions. Anytime we find our inner peace disturbed it is time to go within and release any energy, emotional or mental, disturbing our peace. It is also time to look at our own conditioning, beliefs, ‘rules’ for living and life scripts to see if anything needs to be transformed. Gabrial offers his silver chalice which is filled with ultraviolet fire and then placed on an altar within a temple of light in the Crystalline Grid of Gaia. Your Higher Self is a higher dimensional aspect that acts as a bridge between this ascending 3D worlds and higher worlds of light. Your Higher Self is in a sense a Guardian Angel that watches over your ascension process. This process has involved incarnating into a lower frequency dimension one that is rules by a collective separative type of consciousness. In the caterpillar stage the old life is falling apart and uncharted territory looms. This uncharted space is the cocoon which is there to prepare us to leave our familiarity zone. Blue Rays beings are strongly connected with the star system Sirius. They have lots of blue and violet energy in their aura that can be seen psychically. They are natural alchemists and skilled energy workers. They have a huge capacity for compassion and love. They are here to transmute dense difficult energies. Most have chosen difficult mission and often they incarnate in challenging circumstances. When they incarnate, like all other Starseeds, they forget who they are, their natural gifts and soul mission. Many choose ‘dark’ families and some ‘dark’ cultures where there are dense patterns of abuse that need to be released. This is extra challenging because Blue Ray beings tend to be ultra-sensitive. They can be effected by negative energies and criticism by beings around them that do not understand them nor resonate with them. The Goddess Hera… Hera is known as the Olympian Queen of the Gods of Ancient Greece. Her importance in the early archaic period of Greece is attested by the large building projects undertaken in her honour. Her temples pre-date those of Zeus. Originally, Hera was a pre-Hellenic earth-star Goddess. She is often depicted as a beautiful woman wearing a crown and holding a royal, lotus-tipped sceptre. The earliest animal associated with Her is the Bull. The Golden Fleece… The Golden (Ram’s) Fleece was said to have many magical healing abilities. In the classical myth of the Golden Fleece, the hero Jason and his band of Argonauts, made up of at least fifty heroes, or more, sailed to Colchis, which was at the eastern end of the Black Sea, south of the Caucasus. Their mission was to obtain the Golden Fleece from Aeetes, the King of Colchis. Aeetes agreed to give the Golden Fleece to Jason upon him completing a set of seemingly impossible tasks. With the help of the Goddess, Hera, and the priestess Medea who was the daughter of the King, Jason completed all the tasks. However, the king planned to kill Jason and Medea, discovering this, leads him to safety and to the tree where the Golden Fleece, was hanging. Jason discovers the Golden Fleece had a guardian, Jason manages to kill the guardian and so was able to flee Colchis with the prize. Here you will release any trauma you are holding around being a healer or working as a master of light. Then you will be transported by Sekhmet to a Sirian Temple of Light, guarded by Sirian Archangels and Masters of Light. Her name is derived from the Egyptian word "Sekhem" which means "power" or "might". Other titles include: “The Devouring One,” “Warrior Goddess,” “Protectress of the Divine Order,” “Lady of Jubilation” and “The Beautiful Light,” Sekhmet, the divine manifestation of the lioness-woman, encompassed all of these aspects. She was called upon by royalty, warriors, healers and priests, for Her strength and power. She was truly known also as, “The Incomparable One.” She is depicted as a lion-headed woman, often with a sun disc on her head. She was also closely associated with Hathor (the goddess of music, dance, sexual love, pregnancy and birth) and She was seen as the warrior aspect of Hathor. She was also, most importantly, the patron of physicians, and healers and was worshiped as a goddess of healing. The Goddess Sekhmet has strong connections for Starseeds with Sirian connections and especially Blue-Ray Starseeds. For those on the path who are awakening Sekhmet comes as a healing force of love. For those resisting the path Sekhmet often appears in her fierce warrior aspect.

Affirmations are one tried and tested way we can reprogramme our unconscious mind with new possibilities. This is done initially by your Team in Spirit along with Ultra-Violet Fire Angels. Then Metatron and Sandalphon each open a portal of light. Metatron opens a portal above your crown chakra extracting lower astral entities. The basic premise of this meditation is that acceptance and awareness are better ways to handle anxiety and fear over avoidance/distraction. Everything is energy. The Latin derivative for the word emotion, ‘emotere’, literally means energy in motion. A leaf, a thought, a building, a project and any emotion you can feel is energy.
