I went to the mountains for a few months, spent lots of time in nature, doing what I love, riding my bike, hitting the gym, and pow-wowing on zoom and Whatsapp with select people, selected for their pursuit of self-development ONLY. No toxins No toxic people, just me and nature and some phone calls periodically maybe a sit down with lunch with an old friend in a close town, a good reason to take a nice ride.
