Yes you can legally avoid child support! The first way is to go after court ordered time sharing with your child. Next, make sure that you conduct proper discovery in your case to block the other side from lying about their finances. Finally, if you have any doubt that the child to the child support case may be your child then make sure to request DNA testing.
