Talking today about my impressions of Capstan Blue as well as a couple alternative blends. Capstan Blue, Newminster 400, Sutliff Sweet Virginia. I didn't mention PS Luxury Navy Flake in the video, but that could also be an alternative. Smoking in my BBB Thorneycroft Own Make.

I believe with more cleaning and use it will likely disappear completely. The one blend I mentioned as my favorite, the comment got cut off. was Macbaren Plum Cake. Welcome back to my Virginia Sweeps series where I have been dedicating some time to experience several Virginia blends. Today I am giving some impressions of Orlik Golden Sliced. There are numerous videos and reviews, but these are just my personal thoughts and general impressions of the blend.

Hello and welcome to a series I am calling Virginia Sweeps. A time when I focus on some Virginia blends. Specifically, Orlik Golden Sliced, Peterson Flake, and Capstan Blue. I have enjoyed two of them in the past but am more of a burley guy overall. Well, the time has come to explore those Virginias a bit more. Mixing in several other Virginias blends along the way. Also talking about an annoyance with technology. Also, my cat has become sick suddenly and needs to visit the vet, but both veterinarians I use won't be open until Monday morning.

Good morning! Todays video is a response for lethal_precision who is hosting a 50 sub GAW, but has quickly grown to 100 subs as of the recording of this video. He is asking us to talk about how we got into pipe smoking. The pipe smoker in my life was my uncle Jim. He smoked a delightful aromatic blend in a black rusticated billiard. I enjoyed the occasional cigar and even some hooka. During a stressful job situation I came across a couple pipe videos on Youtube and the rest is history. Take care and happy smokes!

A time to explore a bit more of the Virginia side of things and perhaps help tune my palate and tasting skills. Hello and welcome! This is my final video check in for the 2023 Codger Challenge. I have enjoyed for the last 30 days smoking my Savinelli Series III 129 and my Missouri Meerschaum Diplomat straight apple shape. I have smoked Half and Half almost exclusively, and I talk about that in the video. I finished this week with a close approximation of the Half and Half and tried to maintain the spirit of the challenge. My pipes did great, I had a good time watching videos and seeing some new faces. Good luck to everyone in the drawing!
