Poke Recipe | Salmon Poke with Wasabi Citrus
I have received numerous requests for a Salmon poke video. Here is my original recipe for Salmon poke.
Ingredients
• 1 pound of Salmon cut into cubes (preferably fresh King Salmon)
• Hawaiian salt to taste – approximately ½ TBSP
• Wasabi oil
• Ponzu citrus vinegar
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Diced radish
• Chopped watercress
Directions
1. Pat salmon dry with a paper towel
2. Add Hawaiian salt, stir and let sit for 15-20 minutes
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Mix
5. Enjoy

Poke Recipe | Tako Poke
My personal take on Tako (Octopus) Poke.
Ingredients
• Approximately 1 pound of cooked Tako (octopus) sliced thin
• Hawaiian salt to taste – approximately ½ TBSP
• Diced red onions
• Korean red chili powder
• Tobiko (flying fish roe)
• Chopped green onions
Directions
1. Pat tako dry with paper a towel
2. Add Hawaiian salt, stir and let sit for 15-20 minutes
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Mix
5. Enjoy

Poke Recipe | Ahi Poke with Seaweed (Limu)
Sharing with you my Ahi (Tuna) Limu (Seaweed) Poke recipe. It's a standard item at all of our parties and doesn't cost more than $10/pound.
Ingredients
• 1 pound of Ahi Tuna cut into cubes
• Hawaiian salt to taste – approximately ½ TBSP
• Red chili pepper flakes
• Limu (Seaweed)
• Diced red onions
• Ground toasted white sesame seeds
• Ground toasted black sesame seeds
• Dash of soy sauce
• Dab of oyster sauce
• Chopped green onions
Directions
1. If using frozen Ahi, be sure to defrost thoroughly and pat dry with paper towel
2. Add Hawaiian salt, stir and let sit for 15-20 minutes
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. Mix
5. Enjoy

Poke Recipe | Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke
My Spicy Ahi (Tuna) Poke is another favorite of our friends and family.
Ingredients
• 1 pound of Ahi Tuna cut into cubes
• Hawaiian salt to taste – approximately ½ TBSP
• Diced red onions
• Tobiko (flying fish roe)
• Ground toasted white sesame seeds
• Chopped green onions
• Sauce
o Mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
o Gochujang (red chili pepper paste)
o Sesame seed oil
Directions
1. If using frozen Ahi, be sure to defrost thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel
2. Add Hawaiian salt, stir and let sit for 15-20 minutes
3. Add onions, tobiko and sesame seeds
4. In a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients
5. Add to Ahi
6. Add green onions
7. Mix
8. Enjoy
