1 tbsp of hot sauce
1 tbsp of chopped chives
For the Peri Peri Spice Mix
1 1/2 tsp of paprika
1 1/2 tsp of onion power
1 tsp of garlic power
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
