🔴 Instead of worrying about suboptimal exercises, worry about suboptimal effort.
The last reps should be hard, teeth grinding, soul crunching, and face reddening. You will make the worst faces in your life.
You do not have to go to absolute failure all the time but at least get closer to it. Your body will adapt to the high level of effort, get stronger and build more muscle.

Why you need multiple exercises for hypertrophy
🔴Having multiple exercises in your roaster is very important for hypertrophy.
Every exercise targets a muscle from different angles and activates different muscle fibers. This maximizes hypertrophy.
For example, the incline benchpress targets more of the upper chest while the flat benchpress targets the mid and lower chest.

Stale exercises! Here's what to do
Exercises can become ineffective after doing them constantly for long periods of time.
This is why swapping or rotating exercises is so amazing for hypertrophy. You can swap a stale exercise and add a new movement that hits the muscle from a different angle.
This will provide a new stimulus to the muscle, breaking your plateau.
And when you return to the previous exercise after some time, you will notice that your strength has gone up and you hit a new PR.
This is why you should not discard any exercise thinking that it is suboptimal.
You need a roster of movements for maximizing hypertrophy.

What's contradictory is that the girls calling out creeps are social media influencers. They have no problem with thousands of people looking at them on social media but one person just glancing at them in real life is harrasment.
In one case, the influencer had an only fans account. How worse can it get.
It is impossible to be in a public place and not look at someone. There is a difference between glancing and staring.
And these influencers also need to understand that the gym is not their private filming studio.
