Haus Manufacturing HK416A5\A7 upper and Brownells HK416 bolt carrier fitment issues
My first video concerning parts for chemically powered mass accelerators!
Sorry for the bad lighting and pauses, this was completely unprepped as I just got the part today.
After looking at the video I realized that it wasn't so much the smaller tip on the Brownell's pin as it was the length of the thin section that allows it to work while keeping regular pins from being able to function. I don't know if HK pins will work in the Brownell's carrier.
After milling down the forward skis on the bolt carrier it fit fine.

Here are some thoughts on someone else's comments on the NGSW program.
Nicholas Drummond (a Defence industry analyst and consultant specialising in Land Warfare. UK advisor to KMW and FN Herstal. Ex-British Army officer) said some things on twitter concerning the NGSW program that I thought were rather interesting; this video is my take on those comments.
I archived the first few tweets so you can more easily find the thread I'm referring to. (Just remove the space after the colon to use the link.)

Hoplite Armor now makes shoulder, abdomen, and thigh armor plates which work as decent replacements those original plates.
