We're bombarded with high-tech advertising, entertainment and constant notifications that make it really difficult to be present... Instagram, tiktok, porn, news... ALL... THE... TIME...
There are people who's profession it is to use the most recent brain science to design apps that are as distracting as possible. These distractions program our brains to want MORE distractions, and that impacts our ability to be fully present in sex. That becomes a problem, because the best sex happens when you're fully present.
The good news is that it's actually pretty easy to be more present with your lover in bed. Try these 5 things next time you get into bed with your lover, and see what happens:

2 - Make sounds of pleasure on each exhale.

What should you know about sex?
According to Emily Nagoski (and I agree), THE MOST POWERFUL THING YOU CAN DO TO IMPROVE YOUR SEX LIFE is to love and accept your sexual self exactly as you are, right now. Shame is one of the biggest killers of desire and arousal. F*ck shame. Love yourself. Love your desires. I know it might not feel easy at first, but I promise it gets easier to do with practice.
If it feels challenging to love something about your sexual self, try to start with something simple. Do you love your skin? Your eyes? Your desires? The fact that you have a heart that is beating and keeping you alive? Start with loving yourself, and building upon that. The book "Come as You Are" is an incredible resource that I highly recommend.

One of the most important things you should know about sex is that REAL sex looks almost nothing like what we've all seen in porn. Let's be real... we've all watched porn... and we've all probably tried things in porn with our partners. That's okay, but the danger comes in when porn starts to influence what we think "normal sex" is... ESPECIALLY if we have never had a positive example or experience of sex that happens with deep connection, patience, tenderness and full presence.

Why Being Single is Awesome for Men
The benefits of being single are real, and if you've never been intentionally single for an extended period of time, you might be hurting yourself. Being intentionally single can change your life forever...
Being single and happy in your 30s is possible, I can tell you that from personal experience (I'm 35). AND I'll say that being single and happy is what ultimately led me to much greater success - in terms of relationships, friendships and financially too.
In the past when I was single...
I would constantly look for the next woman to connect with (on dating apps, at parties, etc), and I didn't put all of that energy into my business - which would have set me up for much greater success.
I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS POSSIBLE
Turns out that intentionally being single can be one of the most powerful and important experiences of your entire life. Being single is awesome for men because pursuing our purpose in life is INCREDIBLY important, and it can be challenging to do in relationship if you haven't first established a foundation of sovereignty and self love.
If you're single, I highly recommend you go through an extended period of intentionally being single. Date yourself, go on hikes with yourself, journal, figure out why you are here, learn to love yourself without any relationship at all...
AND THEN.... from that place of fully satisfied self-love, IF you choose to get into a relationship, your relationship will be MUCH better because you are going in from a place of sovereignty.
Being single isn't bad.
Being single can be healthy.
Just focus on loving yourself and creating the life you want.
When you create the life you want, getting into a relationship from that place will end up much better.

Numbing Wipes for Premature Ejaculation? - (Or Spray or Gel?)

If you haven't had sex long enough (or free enough from the anxiety about ejaculating too quickly) to reach the experience of "making love," then go for it...
Try using delay spray or numbing wipes just so you know what that experience can be like. Making love without ejaculation anxiety is amazing.
BUT...
DO NOT get dependent on using delay spray or numbing wipes. This is a very real danger if you use these things regularly.
Why?
Because what happens if you run out of wipes and you want to have sex? What happens if you're somewhere else and you didn't bring your numbing wipes with you..? Then what? Do you avoid sex? Do you go back into ejaculation anxiety?
So what do I recommend?
I recommend learning to control your ejaculation response. You can cure premature ejaculation on your own - I'm telling you this from direct personal experience. If you're going to try semen retention, it's really important to integrate the build up of energy that comes from this practice. Integrating this energy is part of sexual energy transmutation, and doing this will help you avoid the urge to watch porn before bed.
Remember that the desire to watch porn before sleep is common. You're not alone... We're wired for this. AND... IT WILL mess up your sleep, your testosterone levels (because of damaged sleep), your relationships, and your overall happiness too.
Instead, try meditation, qigong, journaling, stretching or anything else to get you into your body so you can transmute that desire for stimulation into something healthy that will uplift your life.

Stop Wet Dreams for Good - (Do These 8 Things)

Let's get into it...
FOR CONTEXT...
Wet dreams are normal. If you've had a wet dream, that's a sign that you have a healthy functioning sexual response system. You are a biological creature that was designed to procreate. Your pipes are working... Congratulations! I've had a wet dream. Most guys have.
THE BIGGEST DANGER WITH A WET DREAM...
Is how you psychologically and emotionally and energetically respond to it. Do you go downward into a shame spiral and think, "Oh, I relapsed." Or, "I fucked up." Or, do you just roll with it and say, "Shit happens, man." That's the deciding point between banging your head against the wall and just feeling great.
IF YOU'RE DOING SEMEN RETENTION OR NOFAP...
Then there are some really practical reasons why you would want to stop having wet dreams because it does release some energy. A wet dream does create some physiological and neurochemical changes in your brain that we're trying to avoid on the practice, in the process of semen retention and no fap. All right, that's the first category, deep breath in.
--- Practical actions to stop having wet dreams tonight ---
1. SLEEP ON YOUR BACK
Because that way your penis isn't between your body and the sheets and you're going to have less risk of stimulation of that that might lead to arousal that might lead to a wet dream or a sex dream that leads to ejaculation.
2. NO PHONE, COMPUTER OR TV FOR 90 MINUTES BEFORE SLEEP
That is because doing so generally puts you into your head. You're not as much in your body. A whole lot of the imagery out there is sexually based and it can re-stimulate that ejaculatory focused response within us, that desire to get off.
3. BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP, STRETCH YOUR LEGS
Stretch the front, the back, the outsides, the insides, and get more blood flowing into your legs and into your hips. That's going to create more ease in your lower body and more ease means less pressure and less of a need to relieve pressure and less... The body has learned a way to relieve pressure through ejaculation. If there's less pressure and more ease, you don't need to do that.
4. DO BREATHWORK OR MEDITATION BEFORE SLEEP
That's going to bring more ease into your body in general. Ease is a good thing. Directly underneath this video, I have put a link to a free relaxation breath work track that I personally listened to before I go to sleep. Sometimes if I'm really amped up or wired from having a lot of extra energy from the practice of semen retention, then I listen to that and it's awesome. It knocks me out every time. Check that out. 5. LEARN SEXUAL ENERGY TRANSMUTATION
This means learning to transform your sexual urges and desires to get off and ejaculate, into energy that sustains in your body, that you can do something with. This skill is crucial for a successful semen retention practice.

6. CREATE NEW MASTURBATION PRACTICES
Don't just masturbate to get off, but actually self-pleasure yourself for longer than a minute or two, and 15 minutes, 20 minutes so your body starts to realize that ejaculation, isn't the goal of pleasure. That's going to transfer over into your dreamworld.

7. STOP WATCHING PORN
There could be a whole 20-minute video on this, but again, watching porn re-stimulates that part of us that wants to just get off, especially because porn has a lot of focus on ejaculation and it stimulates the pleasure response to seeing an ejaculation.
8. LIVE WITH PURPOSE
Because if you're living with a directed purpose and you're completing your mission, you're going towards what you believe in, then that's going to be a direct outlet for your sexual energy, for your life force energy. If you're doing that, there's going to be less of a need for it to leave your body through a nocturnal emission, through a wet dream through that.
9. BONUS: PEE BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP
That way your bladder is empty and that way there's less pressure in the region.

That, my friends, is how you can stop having wet dreams for good. These steps worked for me, and they've worked for a bunch of other men too.

Going to bed when you're already in a state of deep relaxation will make it much less likely for you to have a wet dream. That's why I suggest stretching your legs and doing breathwork in the 90 minutes before sleep (when you're not on your phone or computer or watching TV).
So whatever you need to do to relax, do it. Preventing wet dreams is possible, it just takes some action and intention.
