Exchange with Corporation Counsel on Conflict of Interest regarding Supervisor Hahn

Kurt Caulkins, Director of Planning and Zoning for Columbia County speaking during the Courtland Town Meeting about how the County Planning and Zoning process works. Currently the Township of Courtland is in charge of their own planning and zoning and branched off from the County in 2012 allowing it to make its own rules.

This video shows a portion of the meeting where Supervisor Liz Miller attempts to remove members of the public who had come to speak during a public hearing. Prior to this video, the members of the public had waiting patiently for their allotted time to discuss solar, which was to begin at 1pm. Members of the public were not aware of the 1pm start time, due to a last minute posting by the County two days before the meeting was held, so most had arrived when the County Board meeting started at 9am.
