Today I have for you a recipe for a face and body milk made from fresh aloe vera leaf. The lotion has a light and fluid texture. Perfectly moisturizes the skin, leaving it soft and firm. Those effects were noticeable on my skin after about a week of regular use in the morning and evening. Thanks to its consistency, the milk is very efficient and a small amount of it is enough to moisturize the skin of the whole body. The cosmetic is suitable for all skin types, and due to the content of aloe vera, safflower oil, D-panthenol and urea, it is especially recommended for dry or irritated skin. Today I have for you two recipes for homemade perfumes made from jojoba oil and essential oils. Many branded perfumes available on the market can be very pricey and not everyone can afford them. The composition of perfumes is also not fully known. They may contain chemical substances and synthetic fragrances that are harmful to our body. Natural essential oils are highly fragranced and pure in composition. Jojoba oil, used as a carrier oil in natural perfumes production, is not as volatile as alcohol-based perfumes and it makes the perfume last longer. Another thing is that jojoba oil is odourless, which makes it a good base for essential oils. This oil is also light, and is absorbed quickly without leaving any greasy or sticky layer on the skin. Oil-based perfume also moisturizes the skin, unlike alcohol ones, which can dry the skin out. In today's recipe I have for you fluffy body butter with the addition of coffee and cinnamon. Butter contains only oils, but even though it is quickly absorbed into the skin and does not leave a greasy layer. The skin is well moisturized, and additionally it smells beautiful of freshly brewed coffee or a good tiramisu cake. Butter firms the skin and improves its tone, making it slightly darker thanks to the content of cocoa butter and coffee. The second recipe is with the addition of detoxifying spirulina. Both salts will help you relax after a long day, but also take care of your skin by moisturizing, cleansing, nourishing and regenerating. In this video I'm going to show you how you can easily make your own anti-aging serum. It's great for all types of skin, also as a moisturizing booster. Serum contain green tea, pseudocollagen and fig extract, made on the basis of linseed gel. After about a week of using this serum, you can see a clear difference in the degree of hydration of the skin and improvement in firmness. The skin tone also improves. Combining this serum with red light therapy brings even faster and more noticeable effects.
