The 60th anniversary of VJ Day in Goderich was celebrated as part of the year of the veteran celebration August 14 2006. The event featured the Andrew Mynarski Lancaster from Hamilton where people could tour and take pictures of it. Host Dan Byelis interviews veterans who were part of the Lancaster squadron as well the pilot who flew the Lancaster from Hamilton, people at the event and VJ Day committee members.
