Recipe bellow 👇🏾 1/2 carrot 1/2 yellow bell pepper 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 red bell pepper 1 baby bok Choy 1/2 large onion 3 cloves garlic 1 cup bean sprouts 3 stalk escallion 1 pack chow mein noodles/egg noodles Sauce: 1/2 cup light soya sauce 1/2 oyster sauce 2tbsp dark soya sauce 2tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp corn starch 1/3 cup water 2tsp fresh ginger Instructions: Step 1• prep all veggies set aside Step 2•cook noodles set aside Step 3• prep sauce add all ingredients together mix until sugar is dissolve set aside Step 4• heat sauce pan or wok on stove add olive oil Sauté garlic ounce the garlic is nice and golden add onions and carrot let cook then add rest of veggies. Step 3• add noodles and combine everything together Step 4. Add sauce to the pan and combine until the sauce is thicken and noodles soaks it up. Step 5• plate and enjoy
