'Australia’s Dirty Little Secret' – Justice Peter Lyons and his cronies planted advice in his original Judgement 4 April 2012 which he had no intention of ever sealing in our favour! Lawyer Mark QC acting on behalf of LEXON Insurance took up that advice and presented that advice as evidence even though the advice had no Statutory Authority and deliberately swindled us out of our life’s savings! It was pure cronyism! The motive was to protect his former employer and his friends associates from penalty! I discovered there is nobody to complain to as the judiciary is one big club of self-preservation! We as citizens of Australia or any other country practicing the 'Westminster System of Justice' thought that liberty and the right to a fair trial and due process was guaranteed, it is a birthright! The Queensland Government is acutely aware of our suffering but has obfuscated our complaint, refused to respond, or conduct a genuine inquiry. When Theft is legal – I received written advice from lawyer Tom 29 January 2008 that our situation was clear case of negligence! ‘In my opinion, Mr Wirkus has reasonable prospects of success in an action for damages for negligence against his former solicitor Lawyer Les and also in an action for damages against the Body Corporate Goldieslie Park for misrepresentation! Sueing a lawyer in Australia should be straight forward but not in Queensland! The Judiciary and your legally trained politician such as the Premier of Queensland ‘The Guild’ constantly pretend to be holier-than-thou however they manipulate speech - public double speak whilst obviously denying NEWS media ‘under threat of penalty’ if they expose genuine corruption within the Judiciary. My family was swindled by a Supreme Court Justice who colluded with LEXON Insurance which is owned by the Queensland Law Society. The lawyer that started these proceedings against us for sport was the Judges former subcontract employer and provided millions in fees to Peter Lyons QC before he became a Supreme Court Justice. The lawyer would have been subject to huge penalties if the Judge found in our favour. Cronyism and corruption ensured a loss. They ensured I suffered the lawyer’s fate. For a change to be made to the constitution, voters must approve of it being amended through a national referendum. ▶️ How it started: This is part of a reconciliation process that's been running for decades. A key moment came at a historic meeting of First Nations people from across the country at the First Nations' National Constitutional Convention in 2017. As many as 250 Indigenous delegates met at Uluru and, after days of discussions we are meant to believe they reached a consensus on a 440-word statement, what a load of crap! If you believe this, it would be akin to believing, there are fairies hiding in your garden. ▶️What is The Voice Referendum and how it will work: Later this year, Australians will vote on whether an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice should be enshrined in the Constitution. It would be a nightmare as it would enshrine another unelected radical lawyer base in Canberra – A permanent second Government that would be ideologically driven. What this means is a political elitist group will have a preferred nation status over every other Australian citizen. There are no legitimate arguments in favor of voting "Yes" to the referendum. Supporters of the Voice argue that it would provide a permanent and independent voice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander somehow placing their needs above every other citizen within the Australian political system. They also argue that the Voice would help to improve the relationship between Indigenous peoples and the government and would lead to better outcomes for Indigenous peoples. Ask yourself when is enough is enough? How would more money ever improve the utopian society they long for? It is very important we vote "No" to the referendum, why? ▶️ Here are some of the arguments in favor of voting "No": • The Voice would create a separate class of citizen. • The Voice would be divisive. • There is guarantee that more money or resources spent would make any difference over and above monies already allocated to the indigenous population. • Encourage endless feudal battlelines that become honey pots for left wing law firms at taxpayers’ expense. Which would grind our democracy to a halt. • The Voice would not be effective in improving the lives of Indigenous peoples. • The Voice could lead to a two-tiered system of government, with Indigenous peoples having a separate voice from non-Indigenous Australians. Ultimately, the decision of whether to vote "Yes" or "No" to the referendum is a personal one. But I encourage you cast your NO vote for to the voice referendum Australia. Did you know life in a diesel-powered submarine can have air up to 7000 parts per million and it is still considered safe. 437 people died in Australia due to a heatwave, which indicates that climate change is real but that happened 100 years ago! As someone who has lived for over 60 years, I can share my personal experiences, memories, and a history lesson to help raise awareness about this issue. One of my earliest memories was in 1969 when I was six years old and was given half a day off from school to watch the Moon Landing. I still remember the fantastic photograph Mr. Bill Anders took who was onboard the Apollo 8 spacecraft, which showed Earth for the first time. To this day, I investigate any question by looking at 'The Big Picture' what is happening on our planet, which I consider "Organized chaos" with its bright blue oceans and magnificent clouds. Climate change will affect nobody as it is just another propaganda story peddled by the World Economic Forum. Those living in the world's poorest countries are being denied access to fossil fuels even though they have contributed the least to the issue, they're the most vulnerable as they are being forced to harvest endless amounts of wood fuel sending their environment back to the stone age. They have the fewest financial resources and increased costs imposed upon them through carefully engineered inflation is contributing to the destruction of their healthy natural world whilst seeking food and income. Yes, they are being forced to burn their own environments to cook and keep warm. As climate change and rising inequality amongst the working class is a direct result of elitist agendas imposed upon the poor which makes their lives even more difficult. Corruption can take various forms beyond bribery, including political corruption, which can have a more widespread and imprecise impact. This can affect the judicial system and all sectors of state administration, significantly compromising the right to an impartial trial and eroding public trust in the Judiciary. The Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk must resign for the blatant coverup of corruption within the Judiciay in Queensland.

The evidence submitted here proves we were denied a fair trial and due process in both the Supreme Court and The Court of Appeal. Now action must be taken to ensure that the judiciary is protected from political interference, which is a significant threat to the rule of law in Australia. It establishes Australia as a federation under a constitutional monarchy. With due respect, the current system of having the King or Queen of the United Kingdom as Australia's Head of State needs to be updated and undemocratic. Australians do not choose the monarch and are not accountable to them. They do not represent Australia's interests, and their role in Australia's Constitution is mainly ceremonial. Australia should have an Australian Head of State who is chosen by Australians and accountable to them. This would be a more democratic and representative system of Government. It would also send a strong message to the world that Australia is a sovereign nation that is not beholden to any other country. The Australian Government has no legal power to influence many of its decisions. But politicians who rule the country control the legislature and judiciary according to their will. In this, people are deprived of their rights and do not get proper justice. Late last year, Treasurer Josh Frydenberg promised to consult about introducing a third type of currency, a central bank digital currency. He asked the treasury to develop a position by the end of 2022. A central bank digital currency (CBDC) would be an "e-dollar," each worth 1 dollar, but able to be held digitally without being put into a bank – such as on computers or in digital wallets on phones. If the Australian Government sneaks into Central Bank Digital Currency under the guise of national security issues, it is more about placing ultimate control over you and your family; There are several potential risks associated with CBDC to control its citizens. It would give the Government much greater control over the money supply and the financial system. This could be used to restrict economic activity or to target individuals or groups. CBDC could collect vast amounts of data about citizens' financial transactions. This data could be used to track individuals' movements, spending habits, and political affiliations. CBDC is a new and untested technology. It is vulnerable to cyberattacks, which could have a devastating impact on the economy. The potential for AI and CBDC to be used to control people's lives is a valid concern. It is essential to weigh the potential risks and benefits of AI and CBDC before deciding whether or not to support their use. Ultimately, whether or not to use AI and CBDC is a personal decision. Australia should become a republic. This would be a positive step for our country and help us move into the future as a truly independent nation. Christopher Hitchens' explanation of the word "spelling" is that it comes from the Old English word "spelling," which means "to cast a spell." In the Middle Ages, priests were the only people who could read and write, and they used their knowledge of the written word to control the people. They could write letters, contracts, and other documents, and they could interpret the Bible. This gave them a great deal of power, and they used it to their advantage. Hitchens argues that the word "spelling" is a reminder of this power. When we spell something, we are creating a spell. We are using the written word to control the way people think and behave. This is a powerful tool, and it is important to use it responsibly. In the modern world, the power of the written word is even greater than it was in the Middle Ages. We are bombarded with information from all sides, and it is difficult to know what to believe. It is important to be critical of the information we consume and aware of the ways in which people are trying to control us. Hitchens' explanation of the word "spelling" is a reminder of the power of the written word. It is a reminder that we should be careful about how we use this power and that we should be aware of the ways in which it can be used to control us. You must be able to learn how to think, not what to think. "The Narrow Road to the Deep North" is a beautifully written novel by Richard Flanagan about a man who is forced to work as a prisoner of war in Japan during World War II. It is a powerful and moving story about the human experience. Flanagan does an excellent job of capturing the beauty and brutality of life. The motto at the end of the book is a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope. ‘The Narrow Road to the Deep North" is a wonderful ride, and I think it should be mandatory reading. It is about what it means to live the human male experience, and the motto at the end of the book is pure joy," and I would say life-changing. It is well worth the read! It is corrupt, and it is not accountable to anyone—the lack of accountability of lawyers is not policed at all. It is a club. It is essential to have a fair and just system that protects the rights of all people, and it is vital to hold the government accountable for its lack of action. They have ignored our complaint. Despite the Judiciary's emphasis on their moral values, they may not openly acknowledge corruption among their peers. In today's video, I will reveal this truth to everyone. I have been through a lot in my fight for justice. Supreme Court Justice Peter Lyons must have coached or discussed the matter with Justice Philip McMurdo and it is obvious they schemed against us. Also, the body's corporate chairman knew that I was entitled to an easement. On 19 April 2011, I received a letter of demand via our lawyers seeking payment of $17,479.69 from the law firm acting on behalf of developer Jim. We refer to His Honour Justice McMurdo's decision on 22 October 2010 to dismiss your client's application to join our client in these proceedings. As you know, in conjunction with dismissing your client's application to join our client, his Honour also ordered that your client pay our client's costs of the failed application. Our client's costs of and incidental to defending your client's failed application, including the fees of briefing counsel to appear at the hearing on 7 October 2010. On 27 September 2011, I received a refund cheque from Lexon Insurance for $17.45. Our Mission is to establish a forum recognized worldwide that exposes 'corruption and obvious cronyism' that will shine a sharp light wherever it may reside. It is essential to raise awareness about the problems with the judicial system. We can make a difference if we work together. The Premier, Annastacia Palaszczuk, is a former lawyer and has been a member of the Queensland Law Society for many years. The Chief Justice, Catherine Holmes, is also a member of the Queensland Law Society. In addition, the company has been accused of running a protection racket. This means that the company has been accused of using its position as the sole provider of professional indemnity insurance to lawyers in Queensland to pressure lawyers into not speaking out about corruption within the legal profession. The company has also been accused of being involved in a corruption cover-up within the Queensland Government.
