Let’s say you want to lose weight, but losing weight is uncomfortable, and it’s more pleasurable to eat junk today then to do something about it today. The more pleasure you consume and leave it off to last minute the older your going to get, and the more weight you have to lose. And it will be harder and tougher to see the other side of your, greatest life. “Don’t” punch yourself in the throat, because you have this resistance in-front of you, of knowing what you should do and stressing. What you can do, right now is “take a deep breath” step towards that hard path, one small step at a time. If, it’s 5mins of walking around the block, 30sec-1min of plank. No soda. Or let’s say, it’s socializing, compliment 1 person today, start off with mom or dad. Then start with your neighbour, start with, a sales associate. Then someone random. Pain is stepping into an icy cave, where you might get hypothermia, but will see, the aesthetic blue of cold ice, and frozen water, write in-front of your eyes. Rejection is a Myth Don’t let Rejection stop you from pursuing what you want. And trust me it’s coming, it may come hard it may come, soft. But when it does be ready, the truth is, it will hurt no matter what. Wether it’s a cute girl, that’s found another guy, or wether it’s an opportunity you’ve been waiting for. It’s going to be painful, when you feel that. Now just know that, that shit your feeling is temporary and you, can do what ever you choose to do with it. Give up, and be regretful for the rest of your life. Or keep going, keep pursuing and then, reach a bigger opportunity that you wouldn’t have thought you could have obtained. You will have days when you don't feel like working. But it's in those days. We don’t feel like it, we feel tired, we feel sad, we feel angry, or we feel stressed. Those kinds of days you feel these things, those count. If you have big goals, big dreams, big ambitions, what you do during those days, will determine your future, from then on. If you decide to skip the gym, call in sick, skip the opportunity of working for your business, skip showing up to practice because you just don’t feel like it. Will set you off course from your dreams, and will not make your dreams possible. But if you show up, regardless if you're hurt, regardless if your upset because your girlfriend cheated on you, regardless if your parents get into a fight with you, or you lose a loved one, or you're getting bullied in school. If you just show up, your already winning, your already on course to receiving your dreams. It may not happen later in the afternoon, after you get through the difficulty of the morning, or even tomorrow. Or a month from now, but eventually when you show up everyday, and go through the motions. You will then arrive with your dreams, and you will then look back to those days, you didn’t want to show up and be proud, and honored that you did. Fear, fear is what stops 95% of the population from achieving, and receiving what ever they want in life. Most people that tell you, “you can’t dream of that,” “can’t obtain that.” That car is too expensive and hard on the Insurance, that girl is too pretty that 50 guys, that are potentially better than you what her too. People that say this kind of stuff are people that are fearful. Don’t listen to them, at all. What ever, bullshit they spit out of there fucken mouth of why you can’t have That stuff is, coming from a place of fear. Now after getting over that. The simple way to approach fear and conquer it, is look at it right, in its fucken eyes and say your in my way. Once you have the courage to push that shit to the side and say, I’m going wether your in my way or not. You then have power over it. Let me reiterate. When you have anxiety of, getting out of bed, taking a shower and scared to death, before leaving the house. The key trick is, step towards it. And right after that, you will feel fear still. But at the end of the day. The battle will take rest. And eventually fear will be, a mountain top and, you will be the one standing on top of it looking at, how you got through the day. After the first 10 minutes of fear, that will be the most hardest 10 min in the day. But when you get over that, the fear then slowly fades away. And when you get over that on a daily basis, that 10 minutes of extreme fear a day, will eventually be nothing to you. And therefore almost any situation you put yourself in. You will have an understanding of fear and will conquer it again.

It’s time, you’ve been in your comfort zone, to long now. It’s time for you to change. It’s time for you to, go talk to that pretty girl. It’s time for you to go, start your own business. And by the way it don’t matter if your reading this, and you in high school. Start this shit now. If your not in high school. Good. Because now you have more of an obligation to, figure out what you want regardless of how uncomfortable it may be. And go after it. Now leaving your comfort zone, will be most uncomfortable at the start. But then after that, you start to get comfortable of being uncomfortable. And to do that. The simplest thing for you to do, is engage in small action that is uncomfortable. While being consistent. I’ll tell you this right now. Every man that has transformed themselves. Has been consistent and has started at the shallow end. You may see them at the deep end now. But. You don’t see, that they started at the shallow end and build themselves up to the deep end. You Bench 150 your not gonna go all the way to 250. Over night. Yes people have, over come the impossible. But guess what, they trained themselves to jump that far to an unreachable goal. When your trying to get to 250. You say you know what, let me build my way through the first eeek to 155lbs. Then next week, I want to build my way to 1560lbs. Then we’ll do this for 4 months and see if we, got to 250lbs which was our goal. But the key, to your success is consistency. Because consistency, is the foundation to growing anything. You look at a tree, and how it’s grown bit by bit, over decades and then 30 years. You see how tall it is. You have to be as consistent with your goals, to the point you don’t even realize, your working towards them. When you do that, 5 years later you’ll be benching 350, while those other people who only work part time on there goals. Will be stuck at 220. Choose who you want to be.
