**I have decided to upload this stream, but I will note why it is so full of artifacts and blocking. Initially, this was set up to do a live stream at 1080P and record at 4K. I was told and informed that we could only stream to Twitch in 1080P, so 4K wasn't something that was going to be possible. Unbeknownst to me, not only were we streaming to Twitch in 4K, but the recording option in 4K failed.
