This episode focuses on a popular concept known as 'channeling', which is an inherent ability we all have to perceive information from beyond our physical selves. To understand the nature of crystals, it’s important to realize that everything is fundamentally a part of one great field of energy, vibrating together in a great unified quantum field. To understand this better, Fritjof Capra explains this in the Tao of Physics: “Quantum Theory reveals a basic oneness of the universe. It shows that we cannot decompose the world into independently existing smallest units. As we penetrate into matter, nature does not show us any isolated ‘basic building blocks’, but rather appears as a complicated web of relations between the various parts of the whole. These relations always include the observer in an essential way. [...] In atomic physics, we can never speak about nature without, at the same time, speaking about ourselves.” Knowing this, we may learn to see everything as a part of ourselves, and thus crystals too are seen as expressions of creation which mirrors the same sacred geometric patterns by which we too are created. Thus, they seem to be conductors and transmitters of energy. Each crystal has its own geometric lattice, and thus, it's own particular radiant energy. In our exploration with crystals, we would do well to not grow attached to them or believe they are 'the ultimate solution' to our problems.
