There is a fundamental difference between being happy and being satisfied. Happiness is derived from within; satisfaction is found in the world around you. In this video, I talk about how to be happy with yourself and the world around you. When you are happy with yourself, you will also be happy with the world around you. If you are not satisfied with who you are, it is likely that everything else will seem inadequate or frustrating. You will always be looking for something else to make yourself happy and this can lead to a sense of emptiness or depression.
