This is done to regulate taste, make food easier to digest, change food in terms of color, appearance, taste, texture, appearance and nutritional value. Cooking in general is the preparation, process of selecting, adjusting the quantity, and mixing food ingredients in a certain order with the aim of getting the desired result. Heating foodstuffs generally, though not always, changes them chemically, resulting in changes in taste, texture, appearance, and nutritional value.
