Cripple Creek

This is my moms favorite song. I re recorded the song for my mom. She had a horse riding accident with a traumatic brain injury. She was in the hospital for a month and was not expected to recover. She is a miracle and I give all the glory to God as she is now home. She has a long recover but is doing miraculously well. My son has moved back in to help. I thank God for my amazing son and for all friends and family who have been there for support.

I have only been playing for about a month. I am really loving the harmonica. My grandmother used to play.

It was a rainy day full of ambiance. The birds were singing along.

With rain and bird ambience I recorded.

This was the first song I ever learned on the Whistle. I bought a tongue drum to try to accompany myself. So it is an experiment. Hopefully I did an ok job. All I have is a tiny phone app to edit.

I was going to video tape myself but just couldn't do it this will have to do. Instead of hitting the 3rd octave at the end I dropped down to the 1st. Not ready for those supper high notes.

I follow CutiePie on YouTube she has awesome tutorials. My ornamentation sounds nothing like hers. But I gave it my best shot.

The Last Of Us Theme on D Whistle I had planned on playing this song on the C Whistle. It didn't sound good. So I decided to use my D Whistle. I didn't feel like putting myself in front of the camera so I used a previous video and added my music along with a few artsy filters. This song was harder than I thought it would be to play.
