Achieving a high score on the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) is a crucial step in the journey toward medical school. However, preparing for the exam can be daunting, especially if you're unsure where to start. As someone who has gone through this process, I understand the importance of having a well-structured study plan.
That's why I've created an Excel study schedule with recommended resources to help premed students succeed on the MCAT. Designed for a 12-week study period, this schedule is flexible and can be easily tailored to fit your personal needs.
One of the most appealing aspects of this study schedule is its customization feature. You can modify it by copying and pasting or deleting rows as needed. This way, you can create a schedule that works best for you and your unique study habits.
I also offer the study schedule in four different colour schemes, including light mode, dark mode, sepia, and happy pastels, so you can choose the one that best suits your preference. Each option provides a visually appealing and organized layout that will keep you motivated and focused.
The schedule also includes a built-in feature to check off each completed study activity and track daily and weekly completion percentages. This feature can be a great motivator to keep you moving forward and progressing toward your goals.
Additionally, I have compiled a list of the best recommended resources to aid your MCAT preparation. These resources include study guides, practice tests, and review materials. While I have suggested some resources, you can easily substitute them with your preferred study materials.
By using this study schedule and taking advantage of the suggested resources, you will be well-equipped to achieve your desired MCAT score. A well-structured study plan is essential to MCAT success, and this study schedule is a comprehensive tool to help you get there. So, start planning your study schedule today and take a step towards your dream of becoming a medical professional!

Let's Understand Together: The Notwithstanding Clause used in Ontario | Friday Non-Study Stream
This was the first time I heard of the notwithstanding clause being used in Ontario against essential education support staff as they strike tomorrow, Friday, November 4, 2022. Folks, I get it. After all the pandemic-related school shutdowns, we want our kids to be in the classrooms, desperately catching up on their missed education. However, these essential education support workers are working hard and barely being paid even a living wage in our inflation-laden Ontario. Join me in learning about the notwithstanding clause, why some say it is fair to use it, and why others do not agree and stand with the striking essential education support workers.
About me: I worked in healthcare for many years and decided to shoot my shot and apply to medical school. I am currently studying for the MCAT and doing some really cool research while being a mom to four amazing kids.
I plan to live stream more regularly as soon as I organize my daily schedule and get the necessary equipment and a decent setup for the streams. My goal is for us to study for the MCAT and other medical school preparation courses or anything else you're studying or working on together - increasing our productivity and leading to success in all our endeavours.
Additionally, I will do a Friday non-study stream about some news topics as I continue to learn more about the world after waking up from a sleepwalking through life state. Let's do this!
