In this video, Rogerio will share the free eBay fee calculator that Zik Analytics offers which can help you ensure that you are not losing money when you are selling on eBay
Step#1: Go to ZIk Analytics Website and choose the dropdown for Products and click Ebay Fee Calculator. Keep in mind that this is for eBay.com only.
Step#2: Select Category. The default for this one is Other and is set to 12.9% eBay fee
Step#3: Item Sold Price. Here you will put the price you want to sell the product for.
Step#4: Item Cost. This is the price you pay for the product or the price you get from your supplier.
Note: You can already see the total profit even if you don't put anything on the shipping terms.
Difference between Shipping Charge and Shipping Cost
- the Shipping Charge is what you are going to charge the user for shipping.
- Normally, the seller always goes for no shipping cost.
Step#5: Promotion. This is where you put what you are willing to pay based on the selling price on eBay.
Step#6: Other costs. This is where you can put additional cost for packaging or anything you would like to add.
You also have different options for store. You can choose what kind of store you have and the eBay fee percentage may change.
It can also change based on what kind of seller are you.
Another way of using the eBay fee calculators when you find the eBay product key and put it on the item ID on the eBay fee Calculator of Zik and there you can see it right away. You can just adjust the item cost and see how much profit you'll get.

How to cancel orders correctly?
- First do all that you can not to cancel orders. If there's no way to fulfill the order, you can say the following to your customers
"Hi (Buyer name), How are you? Thank you for your purchase. I'm sorry to let you know, but when your order was processed we found a defect in the purchased product and we didn't want to send you a defected item. I'm now thinking how to compensate you. What do you think? Do you prefer to cancel the order? Or I also sell other versions of this (item) at a much cheaper price and I'll give you a refund for the difference.
Important Note: Do not cancel item for being out of stock as this will have a great impact in your store or performance. Cancel by Buyer's request
Step#1: Go to orders and find the item you want to cancel. Click the dropdown button and select cancel order.
Step#2: Put the reason for cancellation. We are not going to put anything but "Buyer asked to cancel". The reason why we don't choose any of the other options is because eBay asks for proof of these other options and as dropshippers, you don't usually have it.
Step#3: Click Submit
Note: Always have that mentality that Customer's are always right

Case 1: Product size issue. When you receive a return request, you receive messages from eBay like displayed.
Return Item: Buyer Return. You will see information about when the buyer should ship the item back
Details of specific return request. You will see order number, request amount, on hold amount, buyer name, reason for return, and comments.
Note: eBay automatically accepted the return request
Question 1 to consider: Why does eBay automatically accept the return request, even if I disabled the "accept to automatically return request"?
Answer: eBay automatically accepted the return request because this is a standard remorse return in which in this case is "Item doesn't fit". Even though you have disabled something like this, you are obligated to return this back, regardless. This is standard distance selling regulation law
but you can check your own country to double check.
Question 2 to consider: What should you do now?
Answer: The buyer should return the item at their own cost and the return case will have all returns information included so your buyer can send the item back. If you are dropshipping, you would need to let your supplier know. Return request will always be accepted within 30 days. eBay will automatically generate a label.
Suggestion: As soon as you get a return, inform your supplier right away as they will often send you a return label. If you do it fast enough you can send a message to your buyer telling them to ignore the eBay label and use this one. If they do, great! It will go directly back to your supplier. If not, it will come to your address, use the label the supplier gave you, and you need to post it back to them. You may probably need to pay for the eBay label and the return label.
Another suggestion: Offer the buyer to give the item back as a gift to someone and ask him if he wants a different size for himself which you can send to him.

Hey Zikkers, in today video I will reveal a secret eBay Dropshipping hack to double or even triple your profit!

The similar product method is used to scale your winning products. It starts in your own store.
The key here is to look at your store, for the products that are selling the most.
When you find that product, it is fair to assume that the product is selling a lot because it is ranking well on a certain keyword.
The question is, how do we make more profit from this item?
Using the similar product method, we can look for variants of our best selling items and expand our stores products to gain more of the sales for our traffic.
Because we already have the data about which titles are causing us to rank well and what prices the market responds too, we will be able to use the same information to construct our new titles
We have a few live examples here running through this method.
What we want to do is to expand by finding new variants of our winning products, and we also want to scale horizontally by looking into other types of products similar to your main product.
By doing this, and cleverly structuring your titles to take advantage of your existing traffic, you will be able to take over page 1 of eBay by having several top ranking products.

Hello everyone! Today’s topic is actually a result of Zik Analytics users’ request. As you know we are happy to receive video requests and comments from you!
So in this video I’ll share my eBay fulfillment hacks when it comes down to sourcing & selling wholesale products on eBay without a warehouse. In fact, I will show you these hacks with real examples, so hang in there!
First things first..
What is wholesaling?
Wholesaling is buying goods in bulk from a manufacturer at a discounted price and selling to a retailer for a higher price. Due to the large quantities purchased from the manufacturer at a discounted price, the wholesaler can also pass on this discount to retailers. The retailer sells at a price that reflects the overall cost of doing business.
Is this a good business model for you?
For me it works but the fundamental part is finding the supplier and source the right products.
So what are the things you have to look for before you start to work with a wholesale supplier?
Wholesale suppliers exist in many forms, and at a variety of levels. I will focus on those that will be simple and easy for anyone to start with. The 3 most important points are:
1. opt in for dropshipping - First of all, you want to know if the supplier allows purchase and shipping via the Internet = dropshipping. Also, if the supplier receives payment options that you can pay with (each country has different laws and options outside the US)
2. Usage costs - Unlike regular suppliers like ali express or amazon or any other retailer working with wholesale suppliers, you will, in most cases, have to pay a monthly or annual fee to purchase from them. Normally, its annual payment of around $ 100-200 per year.
This cost is not significant in relation to cycles and revenues, so I recommend that you
purchase the subscription or registration that is needed before.
3. Policies - As with any supplier, you will also start working with a wholesale supplier, meaning, you need to check the supplier's policies and adjust it with your sales policies.
- Delivery policy - how many waiting days until shipping? How many shipping days? And you must adjust the shipping policies at your store accordingly
- Return Policy - When you check return policies, you want to know how much the return will cost you or even if the supplier provides it for free. Also, give the best customer service you can.
With that in mind, let me show you how I normally source wholesale products, let’s jump into my screen and find a good sale opportunity.
In my examples, I will show you how we find profitable opportunities using the ZIK product research tool, and matching them up with our wholesale suppliers. The first example is us using Costco as our supplier, and the second example is us using Walmart as our wholesale supplier.

Hey Zikkers, in todays video we will be talking about how to prepare your eBay dropshipping store for success in q1 2022
We will start off with cleaning our eBay store
To do this, we will remove between 10 to 20% of our holiday items per day
Always make sure that you don’t remove more than what you listed
Start off by removing products that are very specific to this period, such as “Christmas decorations” or “halloween costumes”
Reoptimize your store and listings
To do this, we will first remove our Christmas templates (if you were using this for this period)
Next, we will remove Xmas or similar keywords from our titles
Lastly we will redesign our storefronts
Next, we will find and list relevant products to our store
List winter products if you are going into winter at the start of the year, or summer products if you are going into summer.
List evergreen products, or products that sell all year round
List q1 seasonal products
Lastly, we should get ready for Q1 seasonal events early. These include

What are Listings with variations?
You can unite identical things with different variations under a single, fixed-price listing when you have a lot of them. This sort of listing is for items that are closely similar but have their own unique variations. As a result, you can give a buyer a certain product with a variety of options, such as size, color, and width.
But Ela, what are the advantages of multiple variation listings?
Good question. Let me go over a few advantages:
When a buyer is looking for a specific product but isn't sure which color or kind they want, listings with variations are more effective because buyers can view all of their options in one spot, which maximizes their probability of making a purchase.
Variation listings also prevent your target customer from making purchases elsewhere.
If you have a single-item listing and it doesn't match a buyer's search, the customer may assume you don't have what they're looking for in stock and probably they will look into another seller.
Variable listings are cheaper since eBay does not charge an additional fee for variants you add to your listing.
Now, let me share my screen to show you, step by step, how to source a product with good potential and list it on your store.
Steps to Create Multiple Variation Listings.
● Please check whether the category you plan to list are available for multi-variation listings. You may check the following categories here : https://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformat...
● Each listing can have 5 variation details and up to 60 values for each of those details.
● The prices of your items can vary, but your payment methods and shipping costs must be the same.
1. As usual, click “sell” on the top of your ebay page.
2. Look for the appropriate category for the items you'll be listing.
3. Fill in all of the details on the listing description page including your title, pictures, item specific and etc.
4. To make a variation, click the Create variation button.
5. If you couldn't find the button , there are usually two reasons behind this:
- In that category you chose, listing with variations are not available.
- Only fixed-price listings are compatible with variations. They aren't compatible with auction listings.
6. So, if you are on auction-style listings, scroll down and select fixed price for the format in the selling details section.
7. So, after you click the “create variation” button, the variant page appears.
8. Choose the attributes you wanted to appear on your listing's page and select options for each attribute depending on your stock. If the attribute you want does not appear on the page, you can create it on your own.
Note: Inspect the variations to ensure that your inventory matches the quantity chosen for each variant. You can simply eliminate versions for which you don't have enough stock.
9. After clicking continue, you can add your default photo and variation photos. Your main photo should be in default photo.
* The maximum photos is up to 12 for each variation
10. After that, add UPC (optional), quantities and price. This can be different for each variant of your item's combinations.
Tips:
● Make sure use attractive photo in your default photo as the buyer will the photo first before they jump into variation photos
● If you choose to list in 2 categories, make sure both categories are available for multi-variations listings.
● Active the “Volume Pricing” promotion in your listings will increase the chance of sales from buyer to buy more than 1 item for more discount.
● Re-check your inventory regularly to avoid order cancellation due to out of stock.

Many people search using Spanish titles so it is a great opportunity to do this kind of approach. If you are dropshipping from Aliexpress to eBay, you can do this because you can just get the title in Aliexpress Spanish.
Note: You can change the language to Spanish as well. Use a supplier title so there won't be any mistakes.

Step#1 Make sure your settings are set correctly

Step#3 Look on the competitors list. Scroll down to see the top products being sold and see if you can create a unique selling proposition on the market. You'll be able to learn everything about the products. Check with your supplier if you can get the items for a cheaper price to get profit.

Step#3: Look at the competitors on the list of items and try to see if there is a competitor that sells similar item and see if you can lower the price or compete with that seller.
Step#4: Use price filter. Use the product research again but set a price range based on the amount that you are willing to lose or earn.
Step#5: Look at the best selling products on the list and check if there is a same product like the one you are trying to sell. See if the price is understandable and get more information by copy and pasting it on the product research again to get the stats. See if you can compete and improve your listings like your item specifics, title, price, etc.
Note: After changing it, keep it for one week and if it didn't sell, end the listing and release the product. It will go up to the top search results. If it didn't work, just list it for auction for a lower price and hope that people will buy it for higher.

Note: eBay has your back with eBay seller protection. It tells you how to handle buyers that want to return items even though it's not your fault.
Scenario
The customer bought a water stopper for $10 and all the size is stated on the photo and listing. The item is paid on March 12, shipped on March 16, and delivered on March 30th.
Process:
Step#1: Check if you have previous conversation with the buyer. Copy the buyer's name and paste it to the all message page search bar.
Step#2: Message the buyer accordingly. In this case, Ela said "If I sent the wrong size, I'm very sorry and I would send a full refund.
Step#3: Ask the buyer to take a photo of the size of the particular item to check if it is the same size that I stated in your listing.
Step#4: If is is the same size stated in the listing, inform the buyer that he/she can send back the item but with his/her own expense. Inform them of your condition and in this conditon Ela informed the buyer that she doesn't offer free returns if there's no problem on her end.
Step#5: Chat eBay Customer service and ask them to check it out. Ela was covered in this situation. The eBay sent a message to the buyer that he/she needs to ship back the item on a specific date.
Important Note: If you have all the information about the item written in the photos and in the item specifics and you're familiar with the item as well as the eBay protection policy, then you need not to worry about getting a low feedback score or losing money with customer bullying.

So, how to handle customer service on eBay?

One of the important things after making the sale, is uploading the tracking number based on the shipping policy you set. Your good rating in updating tracking numbers on time will lead to a boost in your exposure to rapid growth of the store and an increase in sales! Let’s talk about handling cases
When a case is opened against you on eBay, whether it is a simple return of a product, or a product that has not arrived, you will want to avoid “case closed without seller resolution” because if that happens you will get defects and this will hurt your store performance and product ranking. Now, let’s talk about answering your customer questions
A very common thing for sellers on eBay is when customers ask questions about a product, and the seller has difficulties dealing with them he or she just leaves the question unanswered.
Do Not Do that, even if someone just sends you thank you, always replay.
I recommend that you read the question carefully and quickly look for the answer on the supplier's website or even a Google search.
When a customer receives a precise answer to his question, there are great chances that he will return to buy from you in the future.
Watch for the eBay algorithm.
eBay monitors the level of support you provide and this has an effect on your product ranking on eBay, fast answers = to high ranking.
Positive feedback
The way that eBay comes to rank your store in front of the customer is with the help of feedback that customers leave you on purchases or from sellers who leave you feedback when you buy from them. Work hard for that positive feedback.
Even if a customer is not satisfied and leaves you a negative feedback, you can send a private message to him and offer compensation. Most likely your customer will remove the negative feedback. Fight for your positive feedback.
When a new customer comes to your store and sees that the level of feedback is high, it will be easier and more convenient for him to buy from your store. It’s that simple.
The last point is about Cancellation of orders.
This is one of the most important issues in eBay customer service that is not talked much about! I have seen dozens of new sellers incorrectly canceling their orders for any reason. When you do this, it is basically a death sentence to your store.
How to cancel orders correctly?
First we want to do everything we can to not cancel the order, here is one of the examples
I am using when I have an item out of stock that sold and I can't fulfill it:

I am sorry to let you know, but when your order was processed we found a defect in your product and
we didn't want to send you a defective item.

Step 1: Product Research Tool. Type-in the product you want to analyze in the search bar. Make sure your settings are set accordingly and hit the search button. This will show the eBay best match results quickly with stats to see the demand level of that niche compared to searching the product on eBay and click one by one the items to see the stats. On the list of items below, you can see the top selling items and the stats which will help you decide if it is a good product to sell for profit.

Step 2: Use Category Research Tool. This will give you broad information on every category. Choose the category you want to do your research on and hit the search button. This will show you all the top selling items on that category. You can see on the list of items below products that you can check to see if you can get selling opportunities.
Step 3 Product Research Tool. Copy the title of the product you found and paste it on the search bar. Remove unnecessary words and hit the search button.
Step 4 Look for selling opportunities. Check all the items on the list below and see if you can find a product for selling opportunities.
Step 5 Use Item Finder. Click on the Item finder and let the item finder find the same product for you.
Step 6 Search photo on Alibaba. You can click that button to see on Alibaba website the same products or similar ones.
How to find products for dropshipping
Step 1: Quick Settings: Change the shipping location to China and the supplier to Aliexpress.
Step 2: Product Research Tool. Use this tool and type in the keywords you want to do your research on and hit the search button.
Step 3: Use Filters to find dropshippers and click the scan seller button to check each of the seller. Look for sellers that has good revenues.
Step 4: Use the Aliexpress Item Finder to find the exact or similar product on Aliexpress website. Look for low competition products.

How to configure payment and return policies
6:30 Step 1: Go to google and type-in eBay business policies. Click the Business policies eBay and click opt in. Select Get Started
Note: You might encounter an error or a warning but don't let that scare you because that is just a glitch on the system

7:20 Step 3: Click the dropdown on Create Policy and the first policy you will create is Payment Policy
8:05 Step 4: You can name your policy. You don't need to add any policy description and you may check the set as default payment policy tab. Select PayPal as the payment method and fill in the needed information. Check the "Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy It Now" because this will avoid open transactions. Then click Save
Note: You can do the step 4 for all the kinds of policy if you'd like. On return Policy you may want to check the domestic returns accepted and international returns accepted

Hello everyone! I’m so excited to make this video because in this video I will show you how to sell on eBay. There's a lot of value here, I hope you like it, let's go!
Before we move on, let me just give you 5 tips on what to do even before you start selling on eBay. If you don’t wanna hear about this, it’s ok, go ahead and skip to the next timestamp.
So, first tip:
Tip 1- Before you start selling on eBay, ask yourself , “what am I willing to sacrifice”. What are you willing to sacrifice to make it work, what are you going to give up in your life, what you gonna exchange for this job.
Tip 2- Before you start your eBay business, ask yourself how much money you are willing to risk / invest in your eBay business.
Tip 3- Determine what types of items you're going to be selling. There's so many items out there you could focus on. You could focus on selling clothes, books, electronics, kitchen utensils etc.
Tip 4 Devote a space for the business whether it's a garage, a living room, your bedroom.
Tip 5 This is my last tip and a really important one. You have to understand your business model. Will it be dropshipping, selling second hand products, retail arbitrage and so on.

I want to go over everything in detail. So, right now I’ll talk briefly about the steps to take to sell on eBay, and after that I’ll get more specific and share my screen with you so we can do it all together! Sounds good? What accounts to open?
You need an eBay account with managed payments active.
Are you going to have limitations?
You are going to have limitations on your accounts if they are brand new, typically on eBay you’ll be limited to 10 items and/or $1000 just be aware of that. You can ask for increases once a month. Signing up for an eBay store will NOT increase your selling limits.
What items should you list for sale?
Well because you are going to be limited to those 10 items and because your account will have 0 seller feedback, you want to list highly desirable items that sell fast! That's where Zik Analytics comes in handy! You can find profitable products with a lot of demand in just a few clicks! Link is in the description and I’ll talk more about it soon!
How should you list your items?
There’s two ways, but it now or auctions. When you first start out, auctions can be a good way to guarantee a sale instead of waiting around for a certain buyer, so your options are, list as an auction and take the risk of an item not selling for as much money as you’d like, or list as buy it now and wait.
What about feedback?
Everyone starts with zero feedback, to get positive seller feedback you should list your items well, take good pics, ship fast and include a thank you note. While you’re doing that, buy some supplies on eBay from sellers with high feedback that will automatically leave you positive feedback, it won’t show as seller feedback but it does count toward your overall number.

Is Dropshipping on eBay allowed? Yes, it is allowed to dropship on eBay if you do it from wholesale suppliers. However, dropshipping from other retails suppliers to eBay is against their policy.
Sale Cycle of eBay Dropshipping
- Contact your supplier and provide them your customer address, pay for the product. The supplier will ship the product to the customer and your job is done. Your profit will be the price difference. Repeat the process to get a stable and consistent income on eBay.
Recommended supplier for beginners
- Amazon. This is because it has the fastest shipping, the best customer service, and huge variety of products. We will only use Amazon for the first 100 sales because we want to boost our store ranking, generate a lot of sales, deliver the product fast, receive feedbacks, and make sure our seller performance and the customer service we provide is the best. Once we are done with the 100 sales we now move to the wholesale suppliers which is for the advanced sellers.
Recommended suppliers for advanced sellers
1. Aliexpress - sellers here are manufacturers and suppliers, they ship it from their own place. This is like a great directory of wholesale suppliers from China.
2. Harbor Freight - this is a local small wholesale suppliers that focuses on tools and gardening products.
3. Inventory Source - this has a lot of suppliers. Usually, it's harder to find profitable products and has more competition but once your store ranking is good and have achieved high sale through rate, it will be easier for you to compete with other sellers.
4. CJ Dropshipping - this is a Chinese sourcing agent and he is sourcing for you the product directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from China and ship it from his own warehouse.
Finding Profitable Products
Step 1: Use Zik Analytics Product Research Tool. Check you settings and see if your shipping location is set to China and the supplier is Aliexpress. Type in the search bar the keyword you want to do your research on and hit search. You can now see the stats for that keyword.
Step 2: Find other Dropshippers using Product Research Tool. Scroll down on the product list. Click the Filters Button and choose Dropshippers only. Find a seller that has a lot of feedback scores.
Step 3: Scan Seller Button. Zik will automatically analyze this seller's statistics.
Step 4: Change date range to 7 days to get the winning products. Look for items who has high demand and low competition.
Step 5: Item Finder Button. You can then use this button to search for this specific product on Aliexpress and save us a lot of time and you can also check the profit you can get based on its price on Aliexpress plus the shipping fee and compare it to the price the seller is selling it on eBay.
How to get started on eBay?
Step 1: Create eBay Seller Account. It can be a personal account or a business account.
Step 2: Bank account or Payoneer. Have it connected to your eBay management payment. If you are an international seller, you can use Payoneer.
Step 3: Cashflow. You have to have enough money to purchase the product to get started. If you don't have a lot of money, you can start by selling cheaper products.
