This is what I eat every day! I forgot to say in the video that I do have two reefed days where I eat 2700 cal, which is 1000 more calories than I do on cut days! Disclaimer I am not a doctor. This is not advice consult your doctor. 

This video goes over the benefits and negatives of a carnivore diet. I have been currently on the carnivore diet for over four months, I was 245 pounds when I started, down to 193 pounds! I’ve managed to keep strength and some decent muscle,while losing body fat percentage! Went from a size 40 Too a size 36! Overall I feel amazing.
