This comes from our need for self-preservation and awareness of potential danger; however, when this behavior becomes entrenched in our mindsets and outlooks, it can be incredibly destructive. A victim mindset is one in which we feel powerless and unable to make changes in our lives. It is a self-defeating attitude that can lead to depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. The good news is that with awareness, we can overcome this mindset and replace it with an empowered outlook on life. Instead of viewing things in terms of what we cannot do, focus instead on what you CAN do; start small and build your way up. Acknowledge the areas of life where you have control, and make sure to take action on those things. Focus on what can be improved, rather than continually dwelling on the negatives and obstacles that stand in our way. It's important to recognize that we are capable of achieving great things with effort and dedication - no matter how uncertain or difficult the path ahead may seem. Our mindsets are incredibly powerful, and they can either be a source of strength or weakness - it's up to us to decide which one we choose.

Wilma Rudolph was an African-American track athlete who became one of the most iconic and inspiring figures in sport. She overcame childhood illness and disability to become the first American woman to win three gold medals in a single Olympic games, winning gold in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. Growing up in Clarksville, Tennessee, Rudolph was diagnosed with polio at age 4, which left her disabled for several years. She endured painful surgeries and long periods of rehabilitation to recover from the disease. Despite this adversity, she developed a passion for running and eventually joined her high school track team at age 15. Her amazing speed on the track earned her national recognition and she qualified for the 1956 U.S. Olympic Trials as a 16-year-old. Despite being eliminated during trials due to inexperience, she continued to train relentlessly and eventually earned her place in history when she won three gold medals at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome. After her success at the Olympics, Rudolph became an international celebrity and was praised by influential figures including Jackie Robinson, President John F. Kennedy and Vice President Lyndon B Johnson. She also used her newfound fame to become an advocate for racial equality, pushing for greater representation of African American athletes in sports while urging young people to pursue their dreams no matter what obstacles they might face along the way. Therefore, relying solely on emotions when trying to accomplish something can be detrimental. It is much better to use logic and reason when making decisions in order to ensure that decisions are made for the right reasons and with the best possible outcome in mind. Relying too heavily on feelings can lead to rash decisions being made that may not necessarily be the right ones. For example, if someone wants to accomplish a goal but feels overwhelmed or scared by what it takes to get there, they might give up without even trying due to their emotional state. Alternatively, if someone makes a decision based on how they feel at the moment without considering the consequences, this could result in undesirable outcomes that could have been avoided had proper thought and reasoning gone into the decision-making process. It’s important not to rely so much on feelings when wanting to achieve something because it limits our ability to think objectively and strategically about what needs to be done. Taking actionable steps that are focused on success rather than emotion will ultimately lead us closer towards achieving our goals and objectives. With this approach, we can better assess where we are currently at and figure out what needs to be done in order to reach our desired outcome. Additionally, having an action plan in place helps us more effectively manage our time and resources so that we don’t run into any roadblocks along the way.

Therefore, it can be argued that choosing to live a life guided by God's teachings is not only good for the soul, but also for one's mental and physical health, sense of purpose, and overall wellbeing.

Furthermore, facing fears opens up new opportunities for growth and development. It pushes us out of our comfort zones and challenges us to become the best versions of ourselves. For Godly men, this means becoming better disciples of Christ and using their God-given talents and abilities to serve others. It also means developing a deeper relationship with God as they seek His guidance and wisdom. One example of a Godly man who faced his fears is Moses. When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, he was afraid and doubted his ability to fulfill this task. However, he trusted in God's plan and stepped out in faith. Through God's guidance, he led the Israelites to freedom and became one of the greatest heroes of the Bible. In conclusion, facing our fears is never easy, but it is a necessary step in our journey of faith. For Godly men, it is an opportunity to grow closer to God and to become the person God has called them to be. By trusting in God's plan and taking action despite their fear, they are increasing their dependency on God for real.

If we want to change faulty thinking, the first thing we need to do is: acknowledge that there is a problem. We must be willing to look at our own thoughts and behaviors and recognize where we are making mistakes. This can be difficult but it's an important step in finding solutions.
