Ali believed that the people sending him to war were the same people who would not give him his rights in his own land. Belonging to the realist school of thought, Mearsheimer has been described by his peers as the most influential realist of his generation. And here he gives his views on the ongoing Ukraine-Russia conflict. Professor Mearsheimer's thesis is that the war is the doing of particularly the American administration.
