8mm films from 1964-1965, New Orleans, Texas, Hurricane Betsy. Not the high quality of phones today, but not bad for a wind up camera. I remember my Dad's love of technology of the day. He was a meteorologist for the Navy.

My father was a nerd. He liked gadgets. He died at 45 in 1971 so I never knew him as an adult. I'm a nerd too. Here is a digitized video I did from an old 8mm film that my sister had in storage for at least 40 years. They hold up better than VHS tapes, but the quality is not high compared to today's standards.
