As A real man, to go forward, requires goals, destinations, missions, because if you do not have a mission, or better said, don’t know them. You are going nowhere, unfortunately. Nonetheless, you can change this. For this particular thing, I recommend deep journaling(writing out your thoughts and goals), meditation, to think better and be more presence, and visualisations sessions, to actually believe your goal.

you have multiple forms of meditation, in my opinion mindful meditation is the most important for our todays society. The reason for this is due to overstimulation, thus a shorter attention span follows. take for example, my dad. he has a really short attention span. he is a very busy man, and i am proud of him for that.(because he is very succesful), but whenever i try to explain something to him, he switches subject. looks away or notices something and talks about it. my estimate is, *when the talk is'nt formal* that he can't pay REAL attention for more then 20 seconds, this is a real problem, we shouldn't neglect it. Mindful meditation prolongs your attention span, so if you recognized yourself in the example, start meditating!

these are 2 HABITS that made me a real good learner overall. these habits are not just good for learning, but litterally for every part of life!

NOTE' ' , the titel is named this way because you may have had a good idea, but you didn't persue it for some reason. what i am telling you is to persue it, only then will your idea be of any value! sometimes we all have great ideas, but people tell us it sucks, or aint gonna work. Don't listen to them, if you really believe in the idea, just persue YOUR idea!
