Whether we like it or not the world is a dangerous place, and accidents don't discriminate.
We all have have blood, and in order for us to be alive we must keep it in our bodies. It is really a no brainer that everyone should have the skill of first aid, as we never know when we might need to patch ourselves up quickly, and doing so will insure our survival. These skills are basic, everyone should know how to use a tourniquet, and carrying one of these around with you will save you precious time in a situation where TIME MATTERS the most.

These have been issued to soldiers in the Military all over the planet for years why?
1. They work
2. Can keep an otherwise dead or incapacitated soldier in the fight
3. They're Cheap
4. And Light to carry
The only thing the military loves more than budget cuts is cheap tools that boosts a soldiers survivability in every combat environment massively. They are so simple to use a toddler could be trained how to apply one, and so effective that a soldier can keep one on for up to 48 hours before he needs to worry about his limb from dying from a lack of blood supply.

But, First aid doesn't stop with Tourniquets...
You see, tourniquets can only be used on limbs not including the head...
For obvious reasons trying to apply a tourniquet to your neck will be problematic.
A tourniquet cannot stop every heavy bleed, that's why you also need Compressed Gauzed to stuff wounds, and stifle heavy bleeding puncture wounds.
If you want to protect against these Injuries you need an IFAK Medkit.

Furthermore internal bleeding is still an issue, especially when your lung is punctured, and filling up with blood. Choking on your own blood is no way to go, and will take you out of the fight rapidly, which is where Chest Seals and Nasal Airways come in handy.
Luckily the IFAK still has you covered in these situations too, but you need to get these quickly, because as we know we live in uncertain times, and demand for these kits is very high...

But, we haven't even talked about bone breaks. you break a leg during a hike or a trek, you are incapacitated. Your only hope is to call for help and wait, or crawl back to civilization, good luck with that. You'll die of hypothermia, Starve to death, or get pulled apart by wild animals like a roast dinner on a platter, If only you had a splint that could allow you to walk on a broken leg to safety. I got you don't worry the Grizzly E.Y.N. IFAK has you covered, with Splints and extra bleed stopping power to keep it in you.
Like I said demand for these is extremely high, so get it while you can.
We're doing our best to keep them in stock, but I guarantee you we will run out soon.

How to shoot a bow in less than 60 seconds
PLEASE READ:
- Make sure your arrows can withstand the force of your bow, if not they will explode and destroy your hand.
- Never fire a bow without an arrow notched, the bow may be destroyed along with your hand.
- Never point a drawn bow with an arrow notched at anything you aren't willing to destroy
- Don't shoot arrows directly into the sky...Bad idea...
Also notice the white fletching? this fletching is a different colour to the others because it is the fletching that must always point away from the bow when notched, the reason for this is otherwise it would run along the bow staff when fired and may damage the bow, and alter the trajectory of the arrow.
The reason we must have a loose grip with our hand that's on the bow is because of archers parallax. A tight grip on the bow will cause the arrow to have maximum contact with the side of the bow and bend side to side while its moving through the air. This can cause a variance in the arrows trajectory as the tip of the arrow is moving laterally about the target and well as directly towards it, this variance can even cause arrows to bend around objects. :0
"Releasing the arrow" should be just that, try not to jerk it or pull it, just let the fingers slide off the string. some Olympic shooters use mechanisms of releasing the arrow from their compound bow that make it so not even they know when the arrow will be fired, this is to keep them relaxed and prevent them from anticipating the shot.
There are many methods of firing bows, this is just one. If you have a different method or any tips and tricks share it with us in the comments below. My goal for this channel is to create a community of survival aware individuals who come together and share information so that we can all survive together.

Stay fit & healthy, your lifespan depends on it...
Food is fuel, that's all. Your body is a vehicle designed to run on biofuel you can obtain from your local grocery store, the higher quality the fuel it consumes the less maintenance it needs, that means less medical bills, and longer lasting parts.
But, don't forget your body is adaptable, so if all it experiences is sitting on the couch and eating pizza, it will do that well, but that's all it will do well. Do you want a sportscar for a body or a ticking time bomb?

Bleedouts are way too common...
Bushguru: https://www.bushguru.co/
We all have blood, keeping it inside of your body is necessary for life and is extremely straight forward and easy,
yet still I see videos and hear about people dying from heavy bleeds. After some research I discovered that
2 million people die every year from uncontrolled bleeding, I think that is ridiculous. Saving your own life
or the life of the people you love in the event of a heavy bleed is easy when you have the right tools and know how to use them.
The more people that have these skills and these tools on hand the more protected humanity is from causalities of uncontrolled bleeding.
Physical trauma is the leading cause of death for adults under the age of 45 in the UK,
uncontrolled bleeding accounts for half of these deaths, so yes... it's common. Take the responsibility of learning these skills not only for yourself
but for your fellow man. Be a hero, not a victim.
