Sharing my story

Mens mental health matters. There is a stigma around men reaching out for help when they need it mentally. I finally reached out and it saved my life. Hopefully by sharing my story of losing my daughter will help other men be no longer afraid to reach out. You are never alone, don’t give up the fight.
