Blame Evolution for Our Distress
Making the case that human evolution is ongoing. Evolution offers a compelling explanation of the political problems of this age. This being so, we must evolve our way out of them. It requires understanding the optimal relationship between the individual and society, and a commitment to raising children to participate in a healthy society.

Blame Evolution for our Distress - YT Version
Evolution is to blame for the sorry state of society. Human nature is to take the easy way out, and that has led us to this impasse. Hard work - having and properly raising children - can get us out. Will we do it?
This version has been slightly bowdlerized to satisfy the blue noses at YuchTube. The uncut version is on my Toastmasters channel

What Women Want Bowdlerized
YouTube took this video down and gave me a scolding because it ventured too close to the truth. I want to put it there for two reasons. First, they get a lot of eyeballs. Secondly, to show how ridiculous their censorship is.
Please let me know by your comments if I left anything at all in the movie that would arouse the bluenoses at YouTube. And, by all means, watch the whole thing uncensored here on Rumble.

The Sixth Great Extinction - Not!
While there is no doubt that mankind is putting a lot of pressure on animal species, the arithmetic shows that we are not losing significant biodiversity due to extinctions. In fact, just as throughout geological history (with the exception of the great extinctions) we are probably continuing to gain species.
It does not mean we should not protect wildlife, conserve nature and so on. It simply means that we should be honest as we do so. Raising fears about an imaginary great extinction is a manipulation not based on science.

How Smart will your Children Be?
A lifetime's observations, as a parent, trustee and teacher, confirm what renown psychologist James Flynn (Flynn effect) and Caltech Polymath assert. Regression to the mean, as described by Gregor Mendel and Francis Galton among others, is real. The average intelligence of children of very bright people will be somewhat lower.
My contribution is a graphical demonstration that Flynn and Hsu must be right in order for average intelligence and the standard deviation (width of the bell curve) to remain constant from generation to generation.
But - there is a wide distribution. Some will be smarter. Whatever the case, no interventions yet have permanently raised IQ. However, a stable family and school environment certainly helps a child make the most of whatever intelligence they have.
