Just after we got home from kindergarten Zoriana told me to come running. There was a hedgehog in our back yard. Indeed there was. They come out this time of year, hungry from a winter's nap. Hedgehogs aren't afraid of anything. He was patient as she touched him and fed him, giving me time to get my camera.

Eddie got an alphabet punch-out. It was three sheets of rubber with letter cut-outs, with different colored rubber letters inserted. To make it work the toymaker put L into sheet one. We made up this song about it. Zoriana wanted to sing the song.
