Mayor Dan asked Gillman Do It best to build one of their hardware stores in Muncie,IN. They demurred because Muncie is too big; their sweet spot is Smalltown,USA, especially Smalltown,IN. Dan sold Gillman that South Muncie is small town; that bodes well for many underserved communities.
