My almost-2YO granddaughter learning how to do it from her almost-7YO big sister

Finally getting around to filling you in on why I'm not putting up my regular posts, why you haven't seen me around my usual places, what's up with the black arm, and the big one, "So why have you been in the hospital, anyway?"

I made this for my friend who gave it to me for Christmas but I thought I'd share it with you too!

I have a LOT to learn about this phone, so these first impressions shouldn't affect anyone else's opinion or purchase choices. It is very different from any other phone I've had, and while the hardware is pretty easy - and I love it! - I'm not quite sure about their version of Android 11...actually I have plenty of hesitation about it, as you will see.

This was the weekend of the annual camping trip with our church.

Unexpected visit with family...fun times! And a great gift!

Today I got my new Vorson FSUK-1 electric Ukulele. This is the unboxing and first impressions.

Now my best gurl (cur girl), Maisie is my hands and feet and often, my brain. I don't know how I'd get through my days without her! The day she came into my life as a severely neglected pup was one of the best days of our lives, together! My service dog Maisie loves chains. Today I bought her a new one; this is when I gave it to her.

We went to West Branch today, my first day out of the hospital.

As always, not a performance, just having fun playing and sharing with my friends. (Note that this keyboard sometimes has a mind of its own after several years of hard use, but it's fun to play anyhow.)

Finding a fun "deals" store in Harrodsburg.

2 things: No, wait! 4 things...yeah, 4 things...

This morning we went to one of our favorite local Amish stores for some groceries and got some fantastic bargains! Then we stopped at one of the dozens of Amish roadside stands around here (Clare County, MI) for some more produce.

On a trip to West Branch (Oct. 10) from about 60 miles away we got some photos and video of the gorgeous colors...along with a surprise along the way!
