AOE2 17 Population Scouts/Economy - Vikings
I created this build order out of trial and error until I got a 17 population uptime without luring deer or relying on hunt that has more food!
Enjoy a super fast scout rush and some of the most efficient villagers in the game well before the 10 min mark.
Vikings 17 Pop Up Economy/Scouts
Six on sheep (7)
1 lure first boar (8)
1 more to boar (9)
2 to make lumber camp and to wood (11)
1 to lure second boar (12)
1 to build house and then to boar (13)
2 more to boar (15)
1 to build mill (16)
as boar expires, separate 12 villagers into two sets of 6 to process sheep under town center
1 more to sheep (17)
Loom
Garrison food villagers and click Feudal. (Should have almost exactly 500 food if timed out right)
After click, send 11 to wood. 8 to lumber camp and 3 to chop wood near town center
Send one villager to build house and barracks
Send second villager to make sure barracks finishes before Feudal.
Feudal Age:
Do NOT research Double Bit Ax unless you want a pure economy build (not enough food for upgrade and quick scout)
Build stable with two villagers that built barracks
Send woodchoppers at TC to berries.
Should have two scouts in opponents base before 10 min with third joining a bit later.
End build order

AOE2 21 Population Scouts Build Order - Britons
Specialized Build Order: 21 Pop Scouts with Britons
Why is it special?
Briton shepherds are as efficient (slightly more) with 5 shepherds as opposed to the usual 6 of every other civilization. Only needing 5 on sheep at the beginning of the Dark Age allows the player to effectively cut out a villager from the 22 population scouts build while sacrificing virtually no economy to do so.
Dark Age:
5 on sheep (6)
3 on wood (9)
1 lure first board (10)
2 to boar (12)
1 to build two houses, then to berries (13)
1 to build mill, then to berries (14)
2 to berries (16)
Lure 2nd boar with villager under town center as 1st runs out
2 to boar, build farms with boar villagers as lumber becomes available (18)
3 to wood, 2 more to current lumber camp (5 total) and 1 to build new lumber camp. (21)
TRANSITION: After boar runs out, 4 villagers need to immediately transition to collecting on a nearby sheep (1 sheep at a time)
4 leftover villagers that were previously on boar need to transition to the new lumber camp (5 total)
