Cut 8 equal pieces out of the entire block of milk 6) With each piece of milk, coat them thoroughly in the flour, followed by the egg then the panko. Transfer them onto a plate until all the pieces are coated evenly throughout 7) Spray a thin layer of oil into the air fryer basket. Transfer the 8 milk pieces into the basket, ensuring they do not overlap or are placed too close together, then spray the surface of the milk with a light coating of cooking oil 8) Air fry at 320°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure the other side is also coated with a thin coating of cooking oil. (Keep in mind that times and temperatures may vary depending on the make and model of your air fryer. Please adjust accordingly) 9) Plate and enjoy! Drain excess fat/liquid and set the beef aside. 3) In the same pan, heat another tbsp of oil. Add onion and garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add the tomato sauce and beef stock and bring to a boil. 4) Reduce heat and allow the sauce to simmer, then add salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper and heavy cream. 5) Stir until ingredients are well blended and sauce is heated through. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. 6) Gradually add corn starch slurry into the sauce, while stirring, to avoid any clumps from forming. 7) When the sauce is thickened, add the cooked elbow macaroni and beef and allow entire dish to heat through for 1-2 minutes. 8) Top the dish off with a handful of shredded cheese. Stir the cheese in or allow it to melt and enjoy! Alternatively you can mix all the ingredients together in a blender. 4) Allow the batter to sit for 10 minutes so bubbles can subside 5) Heat some butter on a nonstick pan or crepe pan. 6) Right before cooking, give the batter a whisk. Depending on the size of your pan, pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the batter onto the pan and swirl until it creates an even, round layer. 7) When the bottom of the crepe turns slightly brown, flip it over gently with a spatula. This can take anywhere between 30 seconds to a minute (or more if your crepe is thicker). 8) Cook the other side until slightly brown or when batter has settled. 9) Plate, then repeat steps 5 to 8 until the entire batter is used. Serve plain, with powdered sugar, Nutella and/or fresh fruits for a sweet variation or with meat, cheese and/or egg for a savory version. Enjoy!
