The Guided Meditation for Finding what you seek by sinking into the Ocean of the Psyche allows you to sink to the bottom of the Ocean as your release. This is good for Releasing any sense of heaviness, allowing you relax, breath, and go about your day with a lighter mood and a sense of purpose. The Guided Meditation of the Dream of the Derelict Child Entering a Room of Light is like a Dream Sequence where you walk through destruction, but still find healing and absolution. It is a continuation of the shorter ‘Re-Entering a Dream’ video that I recorded. I find this one very healing and soothing after we confront and accept things that are falling apart and falling away. Invoking Darkness is for those who are in the process of or ready to do Shadow Work and move forward into the Unseen Realm with Inner Sight. I recommend that you already have experience and or training, preferably BOTH. I believe that learning to work with the Unseen Realm should be done in a Controlled Environment such as a Formal Classroom. If this practice calls to you, then you can try it. If it doesn’t or you feel fear, then you don’t have to do this. Tension is another thing, and if you feel tension I recommend that you do a few Guided Meditations on clearing energy and finding what you Seek or Need before moving forward. The Guided Meditation through the Fog of Darkness - Shadows - is a good one for wading through the miasma of daily life, the energy all around us and the superficial layers of the mundane realm. We walk through this fog and are guided to what we seek by our own intuition and Inner Sight. The Guided Meditation for Envelopment in Healing Light is one for bringing healing, relief and comfort to oneself. The Guided Meditation : Journey of the Creature of Darkness & Snow is a Death Journey that allows for release of suffering and pain. It brings the creature/self to life before it returns to cold and wallows in pain before releasing it all in explosive disintegration and then returns to the Earth again. It is a Healing Death. The Guided Meditation : Flight of the Golden Beetle is Shapeshifting Journey. This is a fun Exploratory Adventure where you get to travel as a Golden Beetle. When you go on the journey, you will meet an old woman stiring a pot of magical stew and then later a woodsman/woodcutter (I called him a Woodcutter in my meditation). You can talk to the old woman and ask her for a specific type of stew. You can observe how you shapeshift and what you turn into if not a Golden Beetle. Also observe how you fly, where you fly to, what you fly through. Then when you meet the old Woodsman, you can interact and talk to him also. You return back to your Human form at the end of the meditation and re-enter your cave where you rest and return to your physical mundane reality. The Guided Meditation : Shamanic Dismemberment via Dissolving in Shadow is actually an initiatory experience in Shamanic Practice. This Guided Meditation will guide you to Release all that you are and Dissolve into Pure Darkness, Pure Potential, Pure Chaos of all the Can Be. Only do this if you feel guided to. The Guided Meditation for Rejuvenation and Rebirth through Divine Light follows the Dismemberment. It saturates your multi-dimensional body, heals and rejuvenates your entire being, then washes away all that no longer serves you. Allowing you to be reborn in the Pure Essence of your Soul.
