ANOTHER Background Anomaly Caught on Game Cam, Northern Maine
Same cam, same section of trail... It appears to be watching & directing the coyote - who is acting very strange himself. Inspecting the area the following day, there is absolutely nothing there that could have looked like the anomaly. Another curiosity at Camp Oot-Oot!

Mystery Animals Caught in Background on Trail Cam - Mount Chase, Maine
Not sure what these animals are, they run from right to left starting right at the beginning of the video. There are at least two of them. You can see branches move, blurs of the animals themselves, and even hear them running. This is deep in the woods far away from any buildings or roads. There is a trail between the camera and the woods that would be mush easier walking for them - Camp Oot-Oot, Mount Chase, Maine

Progress - New Walking Path at Camp Oot-Oot
A new walking path is just about done, we need to put up a tee-pee frame and build a campfire area. You never know what you'll find in the North Maine Woods! The stump on top of the first mound is from a 95 Y/O tree, and has been dead around 25 years. The actual age and purpose of the mounds is unknown. Northern Maine.

Acrobatic Maine Fisher Cat!
What's the fiercest animal prowling the North Maine Forests? The wolf? Maybe the black bear or Canada lynx? Some would argue it's the pesky mosquito... But no - The meanest, nastiest critter in these woods is the FISHER CAT! The only predator known to actually hunt down, kill and eat porcupines. Meet "Larry". He lives somewhere out in the woods here at Camp Oot-Oot in northern Maine. We catch him often on the game cameras and he sure loves to show off how athletic, acrobatic and determined he can be! In this video, he is after, and finally gets, a raw chicken drumstick hung from a flexible branch by paracord around 5' off the ground. Yeah - Fisher get big!
