Sierra Trail Camera videos

It was a late snow for us and this group is looking for somewhere safe to bed down.

We were surprised to get video of a mountain lion. On Saturday (the 23rd) there was a fatal mountain lion attack in our area. We thought for sure it was the one we had been catching on our other cameras. It finally went off to the side and jumped our 6+ foot fence.

Continuation of prior video. The lion works its way down and the effortlessly jumps the fence.

I slowed down the video a bit so you can actually see him. This is a young one for sure.

Found this chip in one of my coat pockets. This is a great video of a Lynx.

Are they coming out of hibernation?

It seems to like this spot to check out.

It wandered from the camera over to the cabin kitchen and snuck out the back.

Such a beautiful animal.

They scatter at the beginning and if you turn up the sound you can hear some sort of growl/snarl.

Just a couple of bunnies crossing paths.

Our service offers "bearproof" cans. It also helps that this was up in the trailer I use to move them on garbage day. Also a couple minutes later we saw him leave.

Things eventually calm down.

Something had this small herd of deer running around crazy for about 5 minutes total. See part 2 and 3.

They are running in different directions. Not sure what spooked them.

As the group moved on this little girl panicked and ran after the herd.

Just a small herd of does hanging out looking for something to eat.

Have not had much on the cameras. It is nice to see a pair.

Just another wild animal on the mountain.

This kitty came through 25 minutes after I had been thee with the dogs.

Just running around after each other. We hope it is a pair (mates).
