Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset
We can cultivate one of two types of mindsets. One who sees obstacles as opportunities to learn, rather than one who avoids them out of fear of failing. A fixed mindset is a term used to characterize people who avoid disputes. People with a growth mentality perceive obstacles as intriguing challenges. We like to flip from one to the other on occasion.
