Sir Goldworthy Bunny is the Easter Rabbit and Lady Improvidentia Bunny is his wife. They have a son called the Carrot Kid and all are good friends of the Rabbit in the Moon who doesn't always have friendly relations with his counterpart, the Man in the Moon. Improvidentia, who normally spends her time managing the House Goblins (help is so hard to get these days), but here she is making a news report concerning a recent spat between these two lunar powers.
