Join us for this weeks Southern Illinois rustic VRBO cabin build update and farm vlog! We have been rained out for many weeks, and then when the drought hit, we had another 4 week delay on getting the custom trusses delivered! Ugggh.. However, we are now moving again on the rustic cabin build! In today's episode we'll get an update on the building process as the custom vaulted ceiling trusses are installed, we'll also get a look at the front and back porches and get some cool visualization on how things might turn out on the back concrete patio with a nice fire pit and a couple of cold beverages! Also during this video we'll get some sneak peek preview video's of my trip to Great Falls Montana for the 2023 Honda Pioneer crew UTV rollout! SR3-NOT JUST for dirt! What a cool project this was! Not only was a property management and Bobcat T50 excavation project but it also ties in with land investing! No one wants to buy a property that is full of trash and potholes! Join us today as me and my buddy Phil tackle a 2.5 acre former mobile home park. The mobile homes have all been removed but there is a ton of trash, bricks, blocks, metal, potholes and more. Just got back from an awesome Montana mountain trail riding event! It was simply a fantastic experience! The media crew took all kinds of unique videos and pictures of all of the riders during this event, and this 'one-off' video is pretty cool! I think they were preparing a trail segment that had some really jagged stone that could have caused a tire malfunction (oh and speaking of which, I blew a tire on this ride!), so they used a hammer to chisel away the jagged edges of this trail riding hazard! #shorts #shortsvideo You won't believe who we're riding with! Another very unique video today! In today's video we are blending literally up to the minute video vlog with the oldest video clips that I have stored in my cell phone, which happen to be vintage Project 211 videos. I am cleaning up my Samsung Note 9 cell phone videos to make some memory space for the Montana Honda trail riding event and these clips were the oldest ones. If you are looking to buy an equipment trailer, here are some things to consider so you avoid the same mistakes I made! Also, you'll need to consider if YOU WILL NEED A CDL! Join me for an interesting and educational video episode of buying and equipment trailer, as I just bought a new 22' Imperial equipment trailer and traded in my PJ 22' trailer towards the new trailer purchase. I will do an in-depth video on exactly why I upgraded my equipment trailer and cover some of the problems I've had with my last equipment trailer and go over the specific reasons why I selected this specific trailer and outline the specific features of this trailer that I think put it head and shoulders above the standard feature equipment trailers that most of us are used to. Today's food plot update is a full & detailed episode! Join my buddy Phil for a complete and detailed food plot update from his Southern Illinois hunting land, which is an 85 acre farm located in far Southern Illinois just north of the Ohio river and the Kentucky border, AND he'll take us along to check on a couple of his client food plot projects as well. Finally! I have been working on this project piecemeal for several years now, but today will mark some serious progress! (95% complete). Join me today as I start laying 3 inch stone for a base layer, and then 3/4" crushed stone, with a packing agent (around here they call it CA-6) on our gravel driveway and of course the newly created parking lot/gravel turn around expansion. This gravel parking lot expansion project took an awful lot of clay to complete it. I've been working on it here and there for a couple of years now. At first I started hauling the clay up to our barn area when I was digging my duck pond project. After I used up all of that dirt I began a new borrow pit with my Bobcat e42 R series mini excavator, which was roughly 40 yards away from this new gravel turn around expansion.
