This camera is located at the Mon Valley Works–Irvin Plant in West Mifflin, PA, which is a suburb of Pittsburgh. The nest is located along the Monongahela River. This is the same river the Hays Bald Eagle Nest is located on. This live video feed has been granted a Special Permit by the Pennsylvania Game Commission for educational purposes. Both cameras stream 24/7 and in 1440p. First camera was installed in December of 2021. Second camera was installed in May of 2022.
