INGREDIENTS
3 cups of water
3 full tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of toko coffee powder
1 paper filter
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a kettle, place the water and sugar.
In a filter holder, place the filter paper and dust.

Pasta:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cups of flour (wheat)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
2 tablespoons of yeast
1 cup (tea) milk
Syrup:
2 tablespoons of butter
7 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
2 cans of sour cream with whey
3 tablespoons of sugar
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pasta:
In a blender add the eggs, chocolate powder, butter, wheat flour, sugar and milk, then beat for 5 minutes.
Add the yeast and mix with a spatula gently.
In a greased shape, pour the dough and bake in a medium oven (180º C) preheated for about 40 minutes. Don't forget to use a tall mold for this recipe: as it takes two spoons of yeast, it rises a lot! Another solution can be to put just a spoonful of yeast and keep your recipe in a small form.
Syrup:
In a pan, heat the butter and mix the chocolate powder until it is homogeneous.
Add the cream and mix well until you get a creamy consistency.
Turn off the heat and add the sugar.

INGREDIENTS
1 large lemon
2 spoons of sugar
ice to taste
liquor
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Take the lemon, place it horizontally and remove the two ends, turn it vertically and cut it in half, remove the middle (white part) of the lemon and slice.
Place the sliced lemon and two very full spoons of sugar into a glass suitable for the drink and with a punch press until all the lemon juice comes out.
Add ice cubes until the glass is almost full (approximately 12 small ice cubes) and fill the glass with cachaça.
Stir well with a spoon or pour into a cocktail shaker and serve!

INGREDIENTS
Pudding:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk (condensed milk can measure)
3 whole eggs
Syrup:
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup of water
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pudding:
First, beat the eggs well in the blender.
Add condensed milk and milk, and beat again.
Syrup:
Melt the sugar in the pan until it turns brown, add the water and let it thicken.
Put it in a round shape and pour the pudding dough on top.
Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the round roast inside a larger one with water.
Poke a fork to see if it's cooked through.

1 kg of medium shrimp
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
5 seedless tomatoes
