It should come as no surprise that the new Tundra has been redesigned from the ground up. Designed, engineered and assembled in the United States, there's no doubt that this is the toughest, most capable, and most advanced Tundra to date.
Improvements and improvements abound, including its new high-strength box frame, steel ladder frame, aluminum-reinforced composite bed, and completely redesigned multi-link rear suspension. A host of new tech features are found throughout the Tundra as well, such as towing capabilities, off-road improvements, an all-new multimedia system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly, and over-the-air updates. Two different four-door layouts are available, as well as various bed lengths, including a 5.5ft bed, a 6.5ft bed, and an 8.1ft bed.
Like the previous generation Toyota Tundra, the new Tundra will be assembled at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas (TMMTX) in San Antonio. But years before it hit the production line, American designers and engineers were hard at work on Toyota's next full-size Tundra pickup.
The Tundra is an American story through and through. From the first pencil sketches to the finished exterior design, the look was developed by Toyota Motor Corporation's North American design studio, Calty Design Research, in Newport Beach, California, and Ann Arbor, Michigan. While engineers focused on the key performance ingredients for the new Tundra, Calty's designers worked to create the visual exemplification of toughness and capability. “Technical muscle” was a design mantra for the team as it capitalized on the all-new truck’s modern features while maintaining a nod to the outdoor lifestyle at the Tundra owners’ center.
The interior was made to keep the “Technical Muscle” theme. Calty chose a horizontal layout theme over the vertical layout of most other trucks on the market. This complemented the design goal of integrating the instrument cluster and center console to accompany the interior layout.

The overly sporty design is inspired by its GT4 siblings. Elements of this include the wide, flat Singleframe radiator grille in matte black with an R8 badge flanked by large air intakes, the front splitter and rear air outlet grille, as well as the oval tailpipes. The slit under the hood is reminiscent of the legendary Audi Sport quattro. The new R8 is available in ten color options. One of them is Ascari Blue Metallic, a color that was previously only available for the quattro R8 V10 performance.

Ford today previews the future of electrified custom vehicles with the reveal of the all-electric F-100 Eluminator concept – a zero-tailpipe-emissions** demonstration truck powered by the all-new Ford Performance Parts Eluminator electric crate motor that customers can now buy online.
Based on a heritage 1978 F-100 pickup, the F-100 Eluminator concept features all-wheel drive via two powerful electric motors shared with the 2021 Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition. Two electric traction motors drive the front and rear wheels, packing a powerful 480 horsepower and 634 lb.-ft. of torque. Eluminator, the first e-crate motor from Ford Performance Parts, is based on the Mustang Mach-E GT’s traction motor.

JAC IEV750 VIP a electric van for 13 passengers
Since choosing to become the first passenger car and commercial vehicle brand with a family full of 100% electric models, in September 2019, JAC Motors has been presenting consecutive innovations in the Brazilian market. With a complete line of vehicles with zero emission of pollutants, ranging from the JAC E-JS1, urban compact, to the JAC iEV1200T, truck for 7.5 or 8.5 tons of PBT, the brand has been working on an accurate research of all market segments in which the brand's 100% electric models can participate.
The only 100% electric van with capacity for 13 passengers, in addition to the driver, the JAC iEV750 Vip will repeat the same virtues of the other commercial vehicles of the brand, giving a “bath” to the competition in terms of operating costs. The model spends a value six less than rivals in maintenance costs, all of the same size diesel-powered in the country.
Just remember that the JAC Motors emission-free model does not have a gearbox, clutch, injection nozzles, injection pump, oil, filters, additives, belts, etc.
At the tip of the pencil, a load of 92 kWh, at the average cost of electricity in the State of São Paulo, costs R$ 55 (or R$ 0.60/kWh). Equipped with a battery with a maximum capacity of 92 kWh, the iEV 750 Vip has a range of 235 km, even with a total load of 1.5 ton, which is more than enough to become an advantage on daily short and medium-distance journeys. The electric motor develops 163 horsepower, with 750 Nm of maximum torque. It's phenomenal torque for this application! It doesn't matter if the van is loaded and if you need to start on a steep slope, for example: there will never be a lack of strength on the start! In addition, silence prevails when driving, multiplying passenger comfort.
The changes imposed by Alpha6 on the original cargo van include 13 individual seats (three rows of three seats and the last one with four), all reclining and properly equipped with seat belts. Using shift paddles mounted on the steering wheel, drivers can change gears manually as they choose without taking their hands off the wheel. Alternatively, they can also change gears manually using the newly designed shift lever in the center console.
The Sport-PDK features shorter gearing than what is found in a PDK-equipped 718 Cayman GT4, and contributes to the impressive acceleration. The 718 Cayman GT4 RS accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds – half a second quicker than the 414 hp 718 Cayman GT4 with PDK. The new, fixed rear wing with a swan neck mounts and aluminum supports represents a marked difference to other 718 models, including the GT4. This particularly efficient wing designed was adopted from the Porsche 911 RSR race car and was first used on a Porsche road car on the 2022 911 GT3.
The sum of these enhancements compared to the 718 Cayman GT4 make the GT4 RS the most uncompromised and exciting member of the 718 family. Its performance on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife underscore this particularly well. During final testing and evaluation drives, Porsche brand ambassador Jörg Bergmeister completed a lap of the 20.832 kilometer (12.944 mile) track in 7:09.300 minutes. On the shorter track variant, which was formerly used as a benchmark (20.6 km in length), the GT4 RS set a time of 7:04.511 minutes – 23.6 seconds quicker than the 718 Cayman GT4.
The new 2022 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS is celebrating its world premiere at the Los Angeles Auto Show and has an MSRP of $141,700, not including a $1,350 delivery, processing and handling fee. The Ferrari Daytona SP3’s design is a harmonious interplay of contrasts, sublimely sculptural, voluptuous surfaces alternating with the kind of sharper lines that revealed the burgeoning importance of aerodynamics in the design of racers such as the 330 P4, 350 Can-Am and 512 S. Improvements and enhancements abound, including its new high-strength boxed, steel-ladder frame, aluminum-reinforced composite bed and fully redesigned multi-link rear suspension. The outcome of development efforts gives the stout new Tundra an impressive maximum towing capacity of up to 12,000 pounds and a max payload capacity of 1,940 pounds.
Tundra will offer two different powerplant configurations. A new, highly efficient twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 engine offers impressive output by itself, producing up to 389 horsepower and 479 lb-ft. of torque. When paired with a brilliantly engineered bell-housing motor system called the i-FORCE MAX, the result is a combined performance output of 437 horsepower and a whopping 583 lb.-ft. of torque.
