Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar substitute (Swerve)
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
9 ounces strawberries, quartered
6 ounces raspberries, halved
4 ounces blueberries
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat until mixture is combined and smooth.
3. Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Beat until mixture is smooth, creamy, and
fluffy, about 2 minutes.
4. Fold in strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate, in a covered container, until ready to serve.
Notes
If your raspberries are small, you can keep them whole.

How to Prepare Broccoli Cheese Chicken Breast
Preparing the keto cheesy broccoli stuffed chicken requires about 40 to 45 minutes, out of which 30 minutes is meant for cooking. Nonetheless, the process is simple.
1 – Preheat the oven to 375 0 F
2 – Use a knife to cut a small pocket into the side of each chicken breast followed by drizzling the same with some olive oil
3 – Take a small bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in it. Mix well and then sprinkle on both sides of each chicken breast
4 – Take another small bowl and thoroughly mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, cream cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, and Parmesan in it. Put the broccoli in it and mix well
5 – Equally distribute the cheese-broccoli mixture among the chicken breasts
6 – Slice each bacon into two and wrap each piece of chicken with 2 bacon pieces(Optional)
7 – Next, place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake the same, leaving uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until the chicken pieces are completely cooked through
8 – Serve and enjoy!
